Silberio
Howdy. I've been told that it is possible to see Google Earth animated, like seeing the cars, people, etc. Is this realy true? And if it is, what can I do so it is like that? Thanks.
Red_91
I dont know what you mean, normal google earth shows the cars and people from birds eye view. But if your saying that cars moving and all that then thats not true.
chris82
No. The satellite pictures Google Earth uses are taken at random times so you can't see everything "real-time." However, in certain cities like Las Vegas, you can go to street level and see everything in that city from street level, it won't be real-time though. Silberio
Ah, thanks. And is there any way to update Google Earth, because I downloaded it near 2006, and uninstalled it after some months, and I downloaded it again yesterday, and the images are still same as it was in 2006. Soo, is there any update or something?
tilly
but they are making a "from the street" view thing. a little while ago a bunch of cars vans came around with cameras on the roof and took pictures of our houses. they said they were just doing some scoping out of the houses but we found out they were working for google. lolzorz. MrLlamaLlama
There was a new bypass near me like 4years ago, it still doesn't get displayed on GE, so it's been a while since....
Alistair
Different areas are updated at different times I imagine. Try looking at places of countryside in remote countries - nothing, it's just blurry and lame. Does anybody know how we find out when the image was taken? Is there some google earth feature I'm missing? Oh and on some side-note, just how freaking awesome is google earth? I mean being able to see any part of the world and houses and even cars it's just.....scary!
Silberio
Whoa, hell yeah, I've seen Area 51, the Forbidden City, in China, lots of stuf. Well, thanks, I'll have to wait some years - Hehe
