Chris
Just a small update here. I've added a tab in your user profiles which (if you have any) shows your 10 most recently updated mods in our downloads database. For nearly a year now, we've required that you are a member of our forums before you can upload your mods here at TGTAP. This has meant an increased number of modders joining the community, both experienced and inexperienced. But with hundreds of our members having at least 1 file in the database, I thought it would be a good idea to have some sort of forum profile integration with it. There's going to be a few behind the scenes changes going on shortly too. We may possibly be rethinking elite members, perhaps even shuffling our staff around. Nothing concrete yet, but there are some changes that are needed.
Ivan
This is good especially for the modders. Nice work

GTA Don
Sweet, now I don't have to go to the download database to check up on my mods.
JustADummy
Still, I only have a mod, nothing special over there.
Thomas.
The files are nice handy addition As for the last part of the announcement, will that be taking place within a period of about a wekk, two weeks or so? Edit: This very post was full of spelling errors Edited July 24, 2008 by ThomasY
JustADummy
He said it isn't concrete, so he doesn't even know the time too.
Chris
Well we've got rules/guidelines to look over, and some to rewrite etc. Then we have the warning system to discuss. Once it's all done then we'll get round to sorting out any new staff we might need for example. It could be done by next week yes, but I can't really give an exact timeframe concerning all these things.
Thomas.
In that case, it would be better not to rush things. I don't think you would want to make errors in a big board. Edit: Another Spelling Error I am doing bad tonight. Edited July 24, 2008 by ThomasY
JustADummy
Yeah, but is it in Bigboards.com? No, so we need to get there!
Thomas.
Yeah, but is it in Bigboards.com? No, so we need to get there! Just because TGTAP isn't on Bigboards[dawt]com doesn't mean to say that TGTAP isn't a big board. TGTAP is in fact a big board compared to most 'boards' we go on and have ever seen. JustADummy
I didn't say it wasn't a big board. Edited July 27, 2008 by S-V
Nate10
Woah, that's actually really cool. So why are some of the rules/guidelines/warning system type of stuff might be getting an update? I'm curious..
Gerard
Simply because most of them are old and out-of-date; and a lot of them need to be explained a lot better. We've been working towards it for a while now.
