Like you buy 1 gun that can never go away but you buy ammo also. So you can use it more than once. Like you could use the ammo like three times before you have to buy more. It would mean adding an extra column in the store database which would then disrupt other items which don't require ammo. Then I'd have to code the item script which adds on ammo to your weapon. I'd also have to edit the weapon use script so that ammo is taken away. This is virtually impossible. Sorry, this cannot be done I'm afraid.
