Artur
Yeah, they didn't even know about the PSP at that time probably and didn't think he was that important to the VC storyline so they didn't put much effort.
Kitsune Inferno
Anyway, if Elvis is alive, then 2Pac is alive! And if 2Pac is alive, Vic is alive! That was a double that got whacked in that drug deal.

Bear
I havent a got a clue what on earth he said, I think he was somehow connecting gibberish to proof that Viktor is alive.
Dmac
Anyway, if Elvis is alive, then 2Pac is alive! And if 2Pac is alive, Vic is alive! That was a double that got whacked in that drug deal. I think he means that it was a Vic look a like that was in the deal, Pretty much what i said earlyer. Yea but maybe Lance had suspected that something might happen so he got someone else to do the exchange insted of Vic.
Kitsune Inferno
Exactly. Vic grabbed some random bum off of the streets and paid him to do the deal for him all while he escapes to safety.
Silent_Metzger
That might make sense, but then again why would Lance be so upset about it. That guy who got shot to death by Diaz's men wasn't even a Vic look alike.
Artur
Yes, good point which leads us back to the question: did Lance set up the deal? Even if Vic did fake his death (or put in a Vic look a like which still could have been him, remember how less fat Toni was in LCS?), I wonder where he would have gone? We would've most likely seen him in one the future GTA games like SA, maybe even GTA4 but it's highly unlikely in my opinion that he survived... Samiam2
I wish Tommy didn't duck and stand there for 2 seconds... Then Tommy would die and I'd party till i get a sore throat
Bear
Im still not sure he faked his death but Lance could have set the deal up, didnt he do the same for Tommy. He called Tommy saying whats happening with the Forellis.
K_P
I thought Ken Roseberg set the deal up...
Bear
Yeah he did as he was a nuetral party isnt he, well I think.
Artur
Well he did but when I said "set up" I meant like sabotage it. Both parties (the Forellis and the Vances) knew where and when the deal was taking place so they could easily sabotaged it. If it indeed did happen, I think it would have been Lance because he was working for Diaz and Diaz was the one who ordered the men to sabotage the deal. That being said, it could've been Lance's idea or he knew about it and didn't do anyting (because he was mad at Vic), I don't know.

tilly
lol he couldav even meant when he sed he lost a brother that he just lost a frend, alot of people in the 80s said brother for frends.
Kitsune Inferno
Yeah, but that doesn't explain as to why they had the same last name. Usually in the GTA universe, people with the same last name are related. They were blood brothers.
Artur
I agree, Lance wouldn't keep reffering to Vic as his "brother" unless he really was his brother. I'm more than 100% sure Lance and Vic are brothers. And that was who Lance was talking about in VC. tilly
they said that they were brothers in the lcs preview. Edited September 10, 2006 by tilly
Artur
You mean VCS preview? Because I don't think they would've been talking about two dead guys who died 12 years ago on the other side of the country.
SoLo
is vic now the tupac of gta? lol
Silent_Metzger
Something doesn't add up. Vic in the beggining of Vice City had some hair where VCS Vic had none, Vice City Vic was a fat ass where VCS Vic was very fit, Vice City Vic had a columbian accent were VCS Vic is Vinhg Rhames, Vice City Vic looks nothing like VCS Vic. For some reason I think we have two different Vics here.
Bear
He probably shaved his head thats why he has no hair, people can gain alot of weight in two years and maybe at the end of VCS he leaves for Columbia or Cuba for a year and develops an accent. Artur
Pretty good explanation right there. It isn't that big of a dramatic change, remember the difference between Toni in GTA3 (fat) and LCS (not fat). R* probably wasn't thiking to much about Vic in VC so they didn't put much detail in but VCS is a different story...
