I've been having trouble with this mission too. I can handle the gangsters and cops easily but the chases fuck me up...

Take it easy on the driving,not too slow but at a moderated speed, that's how I done it, I drove a cab for it. Killing the guy is easy, I don't think you'll need help with that...
