According to my (little) German knowledge, it seems that the BETA Version of GTAIV PC had reflection quality meter, water quality meter and some others, this seems to be dissapeared on the final version.

Another great way to get clothes early in the game is using the jetpack cheat in the opening titles of the game. When you are driving with Tenpenny then type the jetpack cheat in but you have to watch the whole scene or it will not work. When the scene ends you become wasted and spawn at the hospital. By then all clothes shops, car mods, bridges, gyms and places like Jizzy's club is opened. But by doing that you have to start the game again. I don't know if it works for Xbox or PC but it does for PS2. I know it works as I use this cheat all the time.
So if you can't wait to get the black suit then you may want to start again. Also you can get a black suit in Victim, which opens when you finish pilot school.
Classic glitch it is. I use it to make the sky purple at Jizzy's Pleasure Domes (Xbox glitch).

Are you on PC? If yes and if you have the frame limited off, try turning it on. It will limit the game to 30FPS and the arrows should be slower.

Everyone knows this so what's the point of this topic? You can even see if your game is V2 by seeing a watermark in the Main Menu.

Doesn't make that for me. Since I know you use Opera, try switching to another browser; not all TGTAP javascript functions are compatible with Opera.

I just passed Union Drive and I don't seem to see any missions in the map, except the Assassins sign, the safehouses and the weapons.
Are these missions needed to progress? Thanks.

^ Nope, it applies to all games ever created, as clearly depicted in the maps sky provided.
Anyways, the second one looks best to me, it's still pretty damn huge, and is, technically speaking only los santos.
