Of course not. I'm in Windows 7 with a DX9 card and I have no problems. But Windows 7 only gives me a rating of 2.7 in graphics though but it doesn't affect anything.

Windows 7 uses DirectX11. Try typing dxdiag on the search box and click it.
See by yourself.

Yesterday I downloaded my copy of Windows 7 and I should say it's awesome. The installation took 1 hour and it was worth the time, I installed all drivers and essencial applications like CCleaner, WinRAR, etc.
I also like DirectX 11, seems awesome how Microsoft is progressing awesomely fast in the graphics world but since I don't have a DX10 capable card in the PC I installed it, I cannot see the difference.

What the...? That would be stupid; imagine if they made a GTA where there were farts (like SA). That would be... disgusting.

This is Saints Row 2 trailer and i have to say it hits the nail on the head.
I really miss base jumping in IV. And TBH i've gone on only one date (boring as hell) and i've never went anywhere with my "friends". So what it gives me the "thumbs down". If R* had made dating and activities with friends mandatory I would've thrown the game out of my window the day I got it.I don't need a videogame to do boring stuff.
eDIT: I'm posting this cause SR2 came out on PC jan 5th, and i'm about to get it.
God, those graphics look like GTA3 beta.

Really the dumbest way I've failed a mission is from Museum Piece where I shot Isaac thinking he was hiding and was an enemy.

Also, one of them was when I had to
kidnap Gracie. I hit something and they both got thrown out of the car (I didn't even see the thing, it's like the game didn't load it.) and Mission Failed.
In the exact same mission I hated when Gracie tried to fuck my car up and I loved when Niko punched her.

No, they're in protected .cab files. You gotta take 10min to reinstall the game. (3min if you have a good pc).

Ah dude, it's not only remove the cities with MEd or something. You do need to mod files so SF and LS dissapear, you need to mess another files so I can't do anything or the game would crash.
Try googling "Steve M's Map Cleaner" and clean SF and LV.

No, they say to delete those files and then add the new modded ones. It's the same thing as replace.

I can actually help you to map. I'm a mapper myself, I work sometimes in Map editor.

Example: Go to the building right in front of your Bohan one and climb the stairs until the last floor (Not the roof!) then look at the walls where's some blood and a weapon.
