Okay, so I'm getting a new laptop in November so I'm looking for a few suggestions. I've been looking at a Dell Inspiron 1525 but I'm open to suggestions. I'm mainly going to use it for school stuff and pr0nz and my budget is 425 GBP. I'd like something with a big hard drive 160 gig, 250 etc and at least 2GB RAM.

I really don't think you'll be able to run it on medium, maybe low but it would still be very slow. I had a Xpress 200 and it ran SA smoothly on low, kinda slow at times though. So yeah, it definitely won't be able to run IV smoothly.
