Well London has some pretty small roads but it would be great for a GTA game. A bigger San Andreas all together would be great - just imagine Las Venturas with shining lights like in Vice City *drools* A bigger San Fierro would be good because the normal SF was a bit too small but still great And a bigger Los Santos with more run down areas like Ganton would make it perfect!

These programs can encrypt, hide, and scramble any file or drive so nobody can see, access or delete and modify them so they would be great if you want to hide files from your mom because it's also password protected!

That's true, I didn't expect many of the characters in San Andreas to help CJ out, such as Mike Toreno which is an asshole in a way but San Andreas in a way can be a reality check for those who don't do much...

Well, after he gets on the bike, you get on the bike in front of you and wait for OG Loc to get on as well. You then follow Freddy down all the alleyways etc until you reach the basketball court near Grove Street and kill him. PS: Don't sweat it when chasing him - you can never catch him, and even if you do catch up to him his bike will accelerate off so just keep your distance and follow him until you reach the park. No I wasn't referring to that kind of homeless...like the homeless people who live in first world countries like the United States or Australia, and advertisements on TV ask for $30 a month and barely any of it goes to the people who need it because the person who organizes the donating service uses a majority of this money to ride in expensive cars, eat at expensive restaurants etc and whatever is left over goes to the homeless in poverty...

Good point. Rockstar (and many others) heavily rely on resemblance to create GTA games. If they think outside of the square there is a chance people will not like what they create; just like new inventions - people will be afraid to try new things but somehow it makes it into our daily routines. But I really think Rockstar should go for another city after GTAIV; such as a move out of the United States (which was a rumor in GTAIV's early stages) or scrap everything and make new vehicles, buildings, houses - pretty much everything.
