I'm not sure I completely understood what you said, sorry. I think he means why to convert SA in LC, and not just keep the original state with the new stuff[peds, cars etc.] An answer for the guy with puzzle sentences: Most people don't have the opportunity to play IV.They either can't buy it, download it, rent it and other.So our hard-working mate's team tries to create a Liberty City in the SA game, so people can enjoy the new LC from the '04 game. That way, there's no need to buy/download/rent IV. Hope ya understood what I said, or should I puzzle the words too? Well back to the bussiness, Ryan, hope ya guys ain't stressing yourselves.Remember we can always wait.Until V appears, I'm sure your mod will be ready. Ghost cars are believed to be haunted cars, damaged and that can follow you if you're near them.Tho, the following thingy is just a mod[experienced it from X-Files III mod] Either the vehicles are placed to help the player if he's lost in the woods and lazy to go on foot, or another reason. The main thing that the ghost cars are being called 'ghost' is that they drive down a hill with no driver in it.The cars are only spawning and just rolling down the hill, nothing serious.

Jester, totally. Don't have a pic, but if you have a Jester, money, and head to Arch Angels down in SF, you can get a hell of a nice car. -
What do you expect? GTA SA NPCs don't have the best AI, so don't be amazed if a police car is sent flying in the water or something like that.

Hey guys! So lately, I've been adding some mods for GTA San Andreas, most of them for weapons.I am using IMG Tool 2.0 for the weapons.Now my problem is that, when I replace the Chromegun with any other, it's always white.I've tried a lot, but no success. The Chromegun takes the shape of the new gun, but it's totally white, and I'm totally stuck.Now I'm here, asking for help from any GTA player that knows an answer. Any ideas? EDIT: Problem solved! I used Alci's IMG Editor 1.5, so no worries!

Heheh... well about the game art, they sure look like them, maybe the only difference is that Pulaski is a bit, fat, and Tenpenny is bald.Nonetheless, they look similar.At least we know Pulaski was in VC, but we know nothing if Tenpenny was too.Did they start their partnership in early '84 and kept on being the same corrupted cops, recruiting officer Hernandez in C.R.A.S.H. in '92?

So, as far as I know, the trenchcoat guy is rumored to be the a serial killer, mostly because he is rarely seen around Fort Carson, also people say he has a 'partner in crime', the man wearing a cap and a eyepatch.The Trenchcoat guy may be known as an Undertaker, because of his dark clothes.With the Undertaker nickname, results the guy being blamed for the open graves in the Los Santos cemetery, the one in the Drive-Thru Confessions Church, also for the mass grave in the desert near Las Brujas. The trenchcoat guy is the one, speaking about aliens. His so called partner in crime is also nicknamed 'Mr. Hat'. The Trenchcoat guy, along with Mr. Hat, usually spawn immediately after being killed by the player. Hope I helped.

Really? I searched for it, but couldn't find that game art on the web, mind giving me a link to it? If you got of course, I'm really interested in seeing it. EDIT: Also, I found this video on You Tube with a GTA Rap song, and I think that Tommy Vercetti is singing it, since it starts with 'Straight out the streets of Vice City', and after some seconds, I think starting from 0:06, I can hear him saying: 'Tenpenny's coming to get me'. Alright so, some minutes ago I was randomly searching around my GTA Vice City Audio folder, and found something a bit interesting.Okay so, in one of the files, 'bust17', you can hear a cop, saying: 'Get Sergeant Pulaski down here that fat chunk owns me a favor'.Right now I got a question mark... was Pulaski working for VPCD before joining LCPD and C.R.A.S.H.?
