Well you know, on GTAS (down, again) they have a list of world records for VC and SA. So check out those ones, they have some quite astonishing numbers. Like the longest 2 wheels time on SA, I think it was about 500s. Lol my record is 4s I think.

Hm, when I load those screens I get a blank picture... Anyway, try to update your hardware drivers, especially the GFX card. Then, have you overclocked you system? Overclocking too high can cause artifacts. And try to delete the gta_vc.set from your VC user files. Then when you load/restart your game all the game's setting will be reset (keep that in mind if you've changed those).

I've read a preview of this game months ago in one PC mag. Supposed to be a MMO, with millions of other planets you can discover. Too much for you to explore in one life. The other thing is that it has no goal, since it's just about evoultion and conquering later, but it's size makes it pointless to try to achieve anything other than spend some time, hopefully having fun. I'm not sure how fun will the game or how big will the community be, but I find one much more important thing for the future gaming here. It's the world size, which will set the standards for all the MMOs, and later the other MP and SP games. So I find this game (and so do many other people) like a testing of a new engine, which will include stuff like DNK aswell, and huge open spaces, never seen anything like those before.

I'll move this to PC chat... Yeah, although that vandalism on wikipedia isn't something positive and certanly doesn't make wikipedia hold more info, I still find wikipedia useful in most occasions. Yeah, it's sad that some sections don't hold a single letter, while the others are constantly being re-updated (read: vandalised), but it still holds a great amount of knowledge, which is awesome when it comes either to writing essays for school, or just browsing for fun.

That means I might try the VC challenge now... And perhaps win the 1st place just out of inactivity...

Oh, one more thing. Have you seen the bump tutorial aswell? BSM is just an addition to bumps, only you bump from a movable object this time, which makes it harder. So before you start BSMing (I tell you, I suck at those) learn regular bumps first (I suck at these too).
