OK, I've been all around Newegg, and Google, and I can't find any RAM that'll work with my system. I need: 2GB (2x1GB) 184-pin DDR Single Channel Runs at PC3200 Under $50, Name Brand If you can't find any 2GB Sets that are under $50, a 1GB Set (2x512MB) would work fine as well. My Mobo: http://www.gigabyte.us/Products/Motherboar...?ProductID=1810 I'm not sure which revision # I have though....

Go into your BIOS and surf around.
-
Like 3D Carbon CPUs that can run at 40GHz.
-
With an amazing GPU, this could do it: http://blog.800hightech.com/cpu-overclock-...techncian/2261/

Yes, it was a bit silly, but I was actually asking what type of hardware would be needed to put it all on MAX, because I heard that no modern hardware could do that, and even new gaming PC's could only do medium at 1920x1200, or medium-high at 1440x900

Discuss here what you may think the future GTA Games will hold in store, hardware needs wise. What type of media will the game come on? What level of hardware will be needed? Talk here.

Would this be able to run GTAIV with every setting as high as possible (MAX) and a resolution of 2560x1600? GPU: NVIDIA 10-9950GTX2 (800 Cores, 2200MHz Graphics Clock, 3400MHz Processor Clock, 2700MHz Memory Clock, 8GB VRAM, 2048-bit Memory Width) CPU: Intel Core 3 Extreme (16 Cores, 60MB L2 Cache, 2133 FSB, 3.66 GHz, OC'd to 4.45GHz) RAM: 48GB DDR4 SDRAM (6Channel) @ 3200 MHz HDD: 8TB SATA III 8.5Gb/s HDD OS: 128-bit Windows 8 (Full 64/32-bit Vista/7 Compatibility)

LOL this is pretty sad: I was attempting to play Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 on Minimum Resolution (As it said was the correct setting for my PC) (My PC does meet the requirements....) and after 3 minutes, my PC literally committed suicide by resetting itself. Sucks, because it takes like 20 minutes to boot, so I always hibernate it, then it starts in like 30 seconds. I have to reboot like 8 times before it successfully passes the POST, and boots all my apps, etc. Usually it fails somewhere inbetween. I think my Video Card is the weak spot. It could have been because I had my CPU @ 1.55V. (1.5 is standard) But it ran Super PI for 4 hours straight before I shut it off..... Q: What are the system requirements needed to play RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3? A: In order to play RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3, you will need a PC running Windows®. (A version for the Apple/Mac computers is NOT planned at this time). Minimum and recommended computer specifications are as follows: Operating System: Windows® 98/Me/2000/XP (Windows® XP recommended) Processor: Pentium® III 733 MHz or compatible (Pentium® 4 1.2 GHz or compatible recommended) Memory: 128 MB RAM; 256 MB for XP (256 MB; 384 MB for XP recommended) Hard Disk Space: 600 MB free CD-ROM Drive: 4X CD-ROM or faster (8X or faster recommended) Video: Any ATI Radeon™ or GeForce™ 2 with 32MB or higher; or other video card with 32MB and hardware T&L (ATI Radeon™ 64 MB SDR or GeForce™ 2 Pro or other video card with 64 MB or more memory and hardware T&L recommended)* Sound: Windows® 98/Me/2000/XP-compatible 16-bit sound card* DirectX®: DirectX® version 9 (included) or higher

OK, post the specs here of your PC if you think it sucks. No saracsm/ showing off great systems, but if you have a crappy PC, show it here, let's see who's got the worst. It must be your Primary PC that you use everyday, and not just some old one sitting up in your attic. I'll start: Gigabyte K8VM800 Motherboard 350W PSU Windows XP SP3 (I liked SP2 better ) Onboard 64MB UniChromeII Graphics @ 1280x1024, 60fps, 32bit Color on 1999 CRT 14" Monitor 512MB Single Channel DDR RAM @ 400 MHz (PC 3200) Samsung 80GB ATA100 (IDE) HDD, 20.7GB Free Internal 16x DVD-ROM Drive, (Broken), External USB 2.0 Memorex 16x DVD-RAM Multi Recorder No Floppy 5W Speakers from 1999 AMD Athlon 64 2800+ @ 1.8GHz, 512k L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB, Single Core Canon MP530 Printer 10/100 Onboard Ethernet, 10Mbps connection Onboard Realtek AC'97 Sound, and SB Live! PCI Card Somethin' from long ago, put in last year. The SB is used it's game-port for my Keyboard and Joystick. (They're old too) The AC'97 is for Audio. This System was built during the summer of 2005, was decent at the time, now it sucks. I used to have better 100W Speakers, and I used to have a MP390 Printer. I got the External Drive 8 months before the Internal quit.

Obviously I've seen the BTTF Trilogy at least a dozen times, otherwise I wouldn't have an account on www.bttfhillvalley.co.uk Though Doc was not being sarcastic in the movie, as he in 1955 found it hard for a president to be an actor, and also asked if Jane Wyman was first lady, you were being sarcastic to me. And, it is my respectful opinion that Bill Clinton was not a good president, and much less a good person, but he does look like a Conservative next to our Socialist President.

I LOVE the new camera and driving system. And have you seen the finale of the game yet? Probably one of, if not THE, greatest game storyline ever. Even better than VC and SA, and they had great story lines too.
-
Actually, George Bush. (Again shows his oblivion to sarcasm. )

I shall state this once again: EDIT: LOL, found this one, much better, only $5 more. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136319 Will Partition into 2x 320GB

Yes. Buy a PS3, and learn that XBOX sucks.
-
As technology gets better and better, things get harder to code. e.g., the PS3 is much harder to code games for than the XBOX 360. Which is exactly why the 360 has better games, because people actually WANT to code for it((thus, no forced rushed games)) Well, Spaz, that is a matter of opinion, in which my opinion is that I don't enjoy consoles whose games are 100% war related.
-
Re-Install it...........?

I plan to play at 1920x1200 with all settings on MAX if possible.

I don't know, I may install it on the 160 still. It's still a 3.0Gb/s drive, thus being still quite fast, and it'll be even faster with nothing else on the drive and taking up the drive's resources but the OS. It'd probably even run better than being on the 1TB for those reasons. I'm still debating. But if I can find any other cheap $50 drives that hold e.g. 320GB, then I'd definetly take that. EDIT: Found this for only $70, pretty good reviews, great HDD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822148335 EDIT 2: Found this, like it better, looks more reliable. $75 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136320 I think I'll partition it into a 300 for Windows, and a 200 for Ubuntu.

Would that be referring to the FireWire, or the Cell CPU?

Good job. Just remember to use the 'edit' button, instead of posting a double reply.
