You can modify te spawning frequency in the main.scm for cars. Tutorial here. Scroll down a little so you get the Car spawning.

I have .exe problems with this mod. Through the screenshots I see that it is wonderful. I downloaded the no-cd crack. And it didn't work. I put the CD in both drives , dvd and cd, still no work. Can someone help me aid this problem? Please.

Yeah it is funny how people think they're better than you. My friend(well not really so I won't call him that,) thinks he's faster than me only because he beat me when I was jogging and he was sprinting.
