Totally off-topic but why the hell are you using windows 95? XP OEM just costs 90$

The core 2 duo's should be able to run uptill 60 C without any problem. 38 for the overall case is quite warm though. It also crashed in the BIOS so it might be a virus or just the temperature. I'd suggest you put some fan facing your PC and have some good airflow and see if that helps. If it does you might want to but a case-fan. BTW, does are some great specs

Zero's missions are the easiest in the game At first I hated Ceasar Vialpando. Those things (display) weren't synced with the actual thing making it extreemly hard to pass.

Sims 2 is about 3 gig if I'd need to make a guess. But you also have to have free space just to run normally, bare that in mind.

It's just 40 EUR here. Would be like $53, so it's not maga expensive, rather cheap actually. But why don't you just won't Sims 2?
