I agree except for the "Macs are worth buying" bit. Why pay...what...$1500 for an OS X machine whereas sub-$650 for parts for a Windows XP to build. Plus the fact that the only reason Apple created Bootcamp is because of the lack of applications (but mostly games) available for OS X. And good luck finding workable drivers for everything you need to run games in XP on a Mac. Macs suck...if they were in Windows' place they'd have the same security flaws as Windows. The ONLY reason Macs don't have hordes of viruses are because their user base is soo tiny.

Mmmm... The only thing is the weak 4-8GB of storage and lack of support from other carriers. Other than that, look out Zune...

The Core 2 Duo owns the Pentium D. While I'm not a big fan of Intel I must say that the Core 2's are actually nice processors, at least the Conroes. As a general rule of thumb, any processor with "Pentium" in the title should be avoided. Oh and don't say building. You aren't building anything. You're picking from a limited selection of parts for a PC from Dell.

Yes, it depends. Skins (usually just a .bmp file) go in the /skins folder in your Vice City directory. Vehicles require that you open gta3.img and replace the .dff and .txd files already in there with the ones you downloaded. Some vehicles require that you also replace the handling.cfg or vehicles.dat/ide file in the /data directory.
