It's an artifact. You've overclocked too far. Assuming you have the same card as me (GeForce FX 5500 pci 256MB), your core clock is 270mhz, and you have dual 350mhz RAMDACs. You should only overclock your core to about 320Mhz and your RAMDAC to about 75mhz above what it was. What are you overlclocking to and what tool are you using? I overlclock to 300mhz core and use CoolBits.

RoadRunner promised me 5Mbps down and 384k up. I've done connection tests at PCPitstop and C|Net. Both of them give me the same results; my download varies from 3.5Mbps to 5Mbps. My upload ranges from 300 to 384k. One time in 2002 when I had AOL Cable (500k down for $54/month!!) I was getting 28k down. I realized it was some asshole outside screwing with the cable line next door.

He probably made most of them happen using Edison Carter's CheatDevice. I love using that to create glitches.

You need to go to your Vice City install directory (usually C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto Vice City) and when you're in the VC folder, look for a folder called "data" and double-click it. 2. Find a file in there called "handling.cfg" and open it with notepad. 3. Search for the Voodoo car's line, select the entire line (except the name) and copy it. 4. Then find the car you want to replace, delete it's entire line (except the name) and paste the Voodoo line in. 5. Save the file and start VC.

He, didn't warez it. SA Second edition (No More Hot Coffee) doesn't allow for any SCM mods, DFF mods, or memory hacking mods (like trainers). So you can't use trainers and because the SA first edition has a different SCM than the second edition, you can't use downloaded save game files. When did you purchase the game?

The Xbox 360 and 360 core system are exactly the same in terms of what you can do with them-play games, watch DvDs, etc... The core system doesn't come with all the accessories as the $400 one does though. Also, the hard drive is required to play original Xbox games like Halo 2, because to play each original Xbox game on the 360, you have to download a software emulator from Xbox Live, which requires the hard drive.

If he is having trouble running it like you said, he would be happy to have an old friend help. Also, how would Mercedes have died? Your ideas are ok, but they need more details and a little less conflict between the characters. Also, where is Claude in all this? Really good list, and the bodies should stay longer now that Rockstar has much more rendering power and memory to work with.

What? The Los Santos section was the worst of San Andreas. Small gangsta-type gangs are stupid bullshit. Also, something, was up with Smoke from the beginning. He didn't live in the Grove and the beta Smoke wore white clothes. I like San Andreas too, but Skyline was right when he said you were a fanboy. But if Vice City was released in the same style as San Andreas (size, minigames, diversity of vehicles, engine, etc...) but retained the storyline, you'd say Vice City was the best game. GTA1, London, and 2 are not bad games. But at the time, technology was too limited to create a 3D GTA game. I'm not trying to start any fights around here, but I much prefer Mafia stories to gangsta ones. Also, just because you can press a button to make CJ "gain muscle" doesn't mean he's a better character than Tommy or Claude. Again, which one has the best personality is a matter of opinion. But you can't say CJ is the best because the updated engine allows him to eat or work out.

Try turning off frame limiter and removing an ad/spyware on your PC. Also try lowering the anti-aliasing.
