  1. Avatar-5/10-Inverted is cool Sig-0/10-None Personality-Good member who has been hear a while and has many posts.
  2. First of all what version of the game is it? PS2, Xbox, or PC? Second, which building? And third, make sure your disc is not scratched and make sure that all your mods (if PC cversion) are installed correctly.
  3. Ditto. Now you two are tied...again.
  4. Exactly-I'll say to a guy at school someting like "Nice Haircut." That doesn't make me gay. Also, Kokane has voted so when do the polls close?
  5. Yes, they only mentioned one new GTA game for PSP at the moment, although it wouldn't surprise me if they came out with two more before the PSP2(?) comes out.
  6. My desktop (1280x1024) resized for your pleasure. I got my PC back three weeks ago and Windows was reformated. I still need to install: Microsoft Office 2003 MSN Messenger AOL Instant Messenger LimeWire The Sims 2 My Fonts Photoshop Plugins (The background was made by me)
  7. If I didn't want to be voted for, I wouldn't have entered the contest, Zino.
  8. No, I voted for mvi because of the cool hat (in my opinion) and the guitar. Is it wrong to vote because of objects the person is holding/using? Maybe, but Spaz was originally going to change his vote for me (or so he said) because I posted a picture of me with a bottle of Bawls.
  9. You can't spawn a car inside a building. San Andreas interiors are all up high above the maximum flight height. Some call them "interior heavens." Entering a yellow interior marker in SA doesn't take you to an interior the same way Vice City did. In Vice City, every interior was inside the correct building, (except Ken's office) so it just had to load. That's why entering with a car was possible. In San Andreas, the yellow marker loads a specific interior world and puts your at the correct co-ordinates. Only a few SA interiors are in the buildings they are supposed to be. (The Atrium in Downtown, LS from the mission "Just Business" is one)
  10. Nah, I didn't vote for myself. I voted for mvi and Kokane.
  11. Logitech Wireless Laser Mouse Counter-Strike 1: Anthology Assorted DVDs (Dodgeball, Stew Griffin: The Untold Story, etc...) Some UMD movies for PSP Other small books and clothes Assorted Xbox 360 stuff
  12. Maybe they will go with Carcer City, or one of the fabled GTA4 cities like Tokyo.
  13. Do you mean VCMM? http://www.thegtaplace.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=37
  14. Well I DID have a pic of me holding a 12-pack of Bawls, but my digital camera is screwed up, so you'll have to make due with this crappy webcam pic:
  15. If you have 1gb of ram and a P4 3.2 GHz, and you have a free AGP slot, get the following card: http://www.compusa.com/products/product_in...6328&pfp=BROWSE It's a great GeForce AGP card, with ample video memory and a fsat core clock. Pretty cheap too. With that setup, you'll have the smoothest San Andreas gameplay ever.
  16. That is not true. I have a GeForce FX 5500. It gives better than Xbox performance at 1280x1024 resolution with medium Visual FX details. Rockstar reccommends GeForce6 series, if you want Anti-Aliasing and such, which really isn't needed at 1280x1024. Also, for GeForce 6 series you need PCI-express or AGP, being that the fastest standard-PCI card (besides the FX 5600) is the FX 5500.
  17. I'm writing an article for the software section-a little piece about game and their PC performance. I'm also doing a video card review for the hardware section.
  18. I fixed your poll. Anyways, I picked Call of Duty. I really like playing the multiplayer on the Xbox 360/PC versions. The only MoH game I liked was Frontline, but that was the only good one.
  19. You also have to fool around with carcols.dat, both files which are in the San Andreas/Data folder. Also some vehicle colors, like the Shamal airplane, are built into the texture/model, and can't be edited with carcols.dat/carmods.dat.
  20. Well, yes, you've overclocked too far. Also, I like this card, being it's the fastest PCI-standard card you can get. (Besides the FX 5600 256mb, which I can't find anywhere) Also, yes, CoolBits is the registry-hack method I used too. Finally, if your computer freezes for 30 seconds, beeps, etc...that is the card overheating. Try opening the case or getting a graphics card heat sink.
