In Resistance I rarely experience Lag, I have only gotten lag about 3 times. Now on COD 4 I do experience Lag sometimes , but that maybe because of the host.

I'm taking a guess here, Your Processor may have burned out, my Computer teacher said that AMD processors are more likely to burn out then Intel, luckily mines hasn't which is a AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+.

If I remember right, download the file, extract it. Then there should be a folder called "ULUS565434" or something like that. Just Copy that folder and Paste it in the PSP Folders: PSP»»SaveGame(Or SaveData) Paste it in that folder. Would have helped you better, but my PSP is fucked.

No, I just shut it down. And when I turn it on it loads fast, I get surprised with all the programs I have. When I Log in, it takes about 10 seconds for everything to be ready, maybe 15. The whole boot process is about 35-40 seconds at the most. No This isn't going to become a flame topic, is just a good simple discussion.

When I say it loads in "10 Seconds" I mean its ready to use. I can get in my desktop in less than 40 seconds from turning it on.

Why would you say Vista loads slow? I have it and it loads in 10 seconds. Its way faster than my other PC which is XP. But thats probably because I have 2GB ram, but 1GB of ram would also do well. It all depends on your PC, then you would see better results with Vista. There is one feature that I hate and that is its security, It says I need permission to view other folders when I'm an Admin. But I know how to solve that already, still its a pain having to do it over again.
