Download this: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=63 Click File>>Open Look for SA Folder which should be in My Computer>>Local disc>>Program Files>>Rockstar Games>>San Andreas>>Models and click the Gta3 image file. A list of names will appear. Now download a car mod you would like there should be a .dff file and a .txd file. All you have to do now is look for the same names of the .dff and .txd on the Img Tool. Once you found it right click the file in the list and replace it with the mods file. I can help you better on msn.
