I wouldn't recommend cleaning the disk with soap, or shoe polish, maybe you should try to use the colth that was with your Value Pack or Giga Pack.

If he doesn come in GTA4, he must be able to talk, Then the game will be crap, just like GTA3.

I don't want the Hot coffee to be in the game, and it is a mod, but i wouldn't like a mod like that in GTAIV.
