  1. Damn ZZ Top isn't doin' good these days. That hip hop song was dope though. Love the nostalgic bouncy synth sample and that old 90s 3ccd or miniDV(whatever format that digital video is)video is just so slick. I'm a sworn fan of film but the old 90s/early 2000s contrasty digital video has a certain charm to it, unique to it's own just how film's grain is unique in itself
  2. Sounds like an indirect way to split up the amount of users that play on each system, making each system have a smaller amount of traffic. Bummer. Btw... next-gen, current-gen and so on are inconsequential considering they're only as correct as the context specifies. Xbox One/ps4/etc = eighth generation vs 360/ps3 = 7th generation.

How was it? Wish I saw this thread earlier.
  4. I think the thing that irks me most is an entirely social aspect. I seem to be on the lower end of the spectrum that enjoys free-aim servers. Already most free-aim servers aren't full, or even half full on XBL. Really stunts the activity output. Everyone's on lock-on servers. The pro's of free aim servers on XBL really are nice. Generally the races are comprised of people who race cleaner and overall race better which creates a fun challenge, and in deathmatch style games the lack of lock on provides the obvious benefit of having to have some amount of skill to shoot people down, even to the point of having a chance to turn a corner, see 3 people, and kill them all before they kill you. In lock-on servers, that just doesn't happen. I'm apart of a crew that generally goes on lock-on servers so I've switched recently. Overall it's been a really boring experience. I win nearly every race I'm apart of because almost nobody can do anything outside of ramming my car in the first corner of the race, and deathmatches have become even easier. I just shoot outside the distance locking on is capable of. So basically sniping. Just isn't fun with that factor of a small amount of skill involved taken away. I'm pretty buzzed so I better stop and just review this post in the morning. Anyone on XBL enjoy the free-aim servers? Hit me up. edit: UO so true about cars that can't get modified. That tripped me out but I can live with it. It's easy to make money but I also agree: 9k for a silencer? Don't make me laugh. I live in California where you can't even legally have a threaded barrel and I still understand that's too much for a weapon with a threaded barrel and attachment. My frustration with most players using the lock-on servers aside, I really don't have much to rant about on GTA:O or GTA V in general. It's one of my favorite games and I can assure all I'll be playing it for years to come just like every GTA in the past. So Shermy, UO, I'm with you in not having many people I know to play with, but hit me up and I'll get on when I can because I love this game.
  5. Cool to see the crew grow into a big ass army. Let me know if you ever are on XBL.
  6. So my puppy broke my mic a few months ago. Busted my kinect out of my room a few days ago to circumvent the no-mic-issue. Will buy a dedicated mic soon. Wondering a shit-ton whether you meant to rhyme or not.
  7. Let me in the passenger of that new Roosevelt sometime Noru? I didn't have the money for it! I'm enjoying my Ratloader though. A pic of the Ratloader I took: I love this update. New clothes and the thompson machine gun are gaaaangsta.
  8. No demand for Yurok? Looks like I learned my native language for nothing. It's awesome to see you working with iOS Chris. I wanted learn web programming 6 years ago when I started high-school. The idea stemmed from wanting to create games as a much younger kid. Seeing rockstarrems' and your interest in web development really was something to look up to and emulate. Other hobbies took off which I'm still fully immersed in but my naive interest in programming still sits on the back burner. A good friend of mine brought up programming in iOS recently. I mainly forget the conversation but it was fun. I'm fully ignorant on mobile devices. I use a flip-phone and it's by no means a smart phone but it's hard not to notice the revenue within iOS apps and the market smartphones hold. It seems like the future and it's really impressive. What's it like developing in it? My friend told me you can actually develop on your phone. Does your history with developing help you with this? What's your take on iOS as a whole? Vague question but I'm completely out of the loop. Still is fascinating.
  9. I want to get a reloading kit. Awesome to hear you're taking out the youngins' to get them comfortable in the environment. Nice choice on thinking .243 and .270 UO. Highly recommend them. What brands are you looking at? To the TGTAP users not familiar with firearms, .243 and .270 are calibers I recommend to everyone for a good amount of situations, but with recommending calibers it all comes down to what the needs are and what medium(s) will be applied, whether that's recreational target shooting, hunting, competition, you name it(though I can't think of others). Bottom of the line factor in what you need over your wants. a 30-06 does not NEED to be your first gun. .243 is perfect for the tiny black tail we get around here, but I just bought a rifle in .270 and slapped a 3x9 Leupold on it(9 days into the 10 day period, getting it tomorrow. God damn it's a beautiful rifle, will take a picture for you UO when I get it). We're talking humane kills, minimal meat damage with good shot placement and if I decide to hunt bigger game I can with better conscious. Plus I'm a hell of a shot with a .270. Not really sure where you're living so I can't talk on the meat you have near you. If you're hunting, since you're looking into .270, read up on .300WSM. Short actions shedding off a little weight making long hunting trips easier and a high range of bullet choices for allowance to be able to pick off a wide range of animal and damn, do they put things down. Will be glad to hear from you when we can.
  10. Heyo(I never saw this topic back in the day??). Read up a couple pages, enough to catch the two 1911s you own Urban. Anyway I just want to say to anyone who's thinking of uploading their firearm collection think about the pros and cons of having others know every single firearm you own. I'm not sure if I'll post pictures or not but firearms have been around my life for a long time. I live in California where the laws are more strict(for example: legally anything I have can only have 10 round mags. But there is a pistol my dad bought before those laws were made and because of that it's still legal to have it's 16 round magazine). Is that a real 7.62 dragunov urban? That shits crazy. Have plenty of hunting rifles(maybe someday I'll post some beautiful pictures of some Remington 700s. Got 'em chambered in .243 and I forget the other(it's my fathers). Been shooting my friends 700 lately though, a model made in the 90s chambered in .270. Needs to be sighted in a little better but still gets the jobs done. I love .270. My father in the last year or so purchased a new Kimber Eclipse Custom II. Amazing .45. Most accurate handgun I've shot. I'm personally in the market for a .45 H&K.
  11. When you are looking at a page of thumbnails of the photos(ingame on your console)it won't pop up and say it until you click it but click Y and wait for it to load and it'll say Y deletes a photo(on the 360). I've deleted over 100 photos already. I save them all onto my computer.
  12. That's terribly disappointing. I have 10 cars in the garage in my apartment, but I planned to by an external garage to get 10 more vehicles. Can I at least buy up some airplanes and shit
  13. What rank are you online Kyle. I see you have 5 people in your crew. That's as many as I have.
  14. Giggled like a Korean schoolgirl
  15. Wow lol. I still play GTA III, VC, and SA happily.
  16. Hey Sherm so everytiem I play Top Fun the player isn't AFK or doesn't want to help me out :/ Can you help me get it?
  17. I thought better me than some random to take the bounty's pay. XD holy shit this game is fun though, been having a blast having you on board for online now too. I need to get a new mic! My puppy broke my old one into pieces.
  18. Same. I didn't preorder, but went to midnight launch and got a copy with the blimp.
  19. Oh, nah. Weird. Hasn't happened to me. I hunt down bounty's like it's nobody's business.
  20. I wouldn't say rap is about spitting out verses as fast as you can.
  21. GTA V's music really hit the nail on the head with FLylo FM at least. The game is set in Los Angeles and people give Flying Lotus flack even though he's one of the pioneers behind the LA beat scene. Rockstar is being relevant, this music is on the rise. Instrumental hip-hop is one of the more diverse and influential genres right now. It's one of the only genres ithat's stayed under the radar for so long to finally get some mainstream exposure. Not sure how relevant the country is but I dig it, the rock is enjoyable, the pop is good background music, the rap is bumpin'. There's some decentish indie hipster stuff that can be good if you're in the mood for it. Decent jazz but GTA IV's jazz was of a high level. Expected a little more electronic music on the soulwax station but it's okay. Good talk shows as always.
  22. Haha that's true. Lamar would be funny doe. Emptied out a page of inbox messages so that should be good for now.
  23. Anyone notice that? Michael and Trevor have interesting transitions but Franklin nearly always is just talking to himself. You'd think he has friends or a girlfriend, but nope. Lol.
  24. Why pass and then go offtopic? The topic is about rap. This is why I wonder about the types of drugs you take
