Wow, you have alot of problems. Pick the folder where your Vice City ( Rockstar Game ) is. It's usually something like C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City Hope that helps.

Well, the other ones were pretty easy. But, the only one I really struggled on in Los Santos was the one where you had to get into that Army place, and take boxes and put it in the truck with the Cratelift. I had to do that mission over and over again.

It's located downtown, right by the hospital and not so far away from the Downtown Police Station.

I've never tried before, but I think VCMM would do the trick. Search it up on google, you might find guides on how to install them.

I'd actually like old Classic Muscle Cars like the Dodge Charger, Corvettes, GTO.

Really nice so far. It would be cool if you could make a Vercetti Mansion, Carl's House, etc. And the Doherty Station one looks a little dark, I couldn't figure out what it was until I stuck my face onto the screen.
