Last I checked, there was no time limit for this mission. (How stupid of me, there is) If there is, then that's what I meant in the other topic about this mission about it not being easy since you don't have the bulletproof Barracks OL to dodge the M16 bullets at the draw bridge. Isn't there a marker on the radar? It should point to one of the Terminals in Francis International. If you're talking about the Porter Tunnel, then it's practically at the top of Staunton in Aspatria. It's really difficult because the Porter Tunnel from Staunton to Shoreside Vale drops off somewhere underground in Wichita Gardens (If I'm not mistaken) and it's a great drive to the airport.

Of course... the songs are in Spanish. At least the DJ (Can't type is name) speaks English also. Really a most disliked radio station isn't needed but I can understand since most don't like the music in LCS but I'm one of the ones that actually like it. Every radio station appealed to me probably except for Flashback FM.

As well as Punk Noodles in Portland, there's another side mission just like it in Bedford Point, Staunton at the Well Stacked Pizza across the Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop that if completed increases your health from 125 to 150 or 100 to 125 if you didn't complete the Punk Noodles mission left.

Yes, it was annoying to have to start a side mission over in past GTAs if you ended up failing level 12. The only minor drawback is that the level to finish the mission is level 15 but that's not much of a problem unless it's the Paramedic missions.
