Don't come to us saying this is a negative place. We're just saying it's silly to make a topic for every time you've completed something in a GTA game. Is it that much to complain about? San Andreas is a long game but it's not necessary to make a topic saying you finished it. You did the same thing in the Vice City section. We know you're new so just live and learn so something like this doesn't happen.

Really, it's impossible to drive-by with non-SMGs/Pistols because all M4s and AKs are long two-handed weapons and it's very hard to drive and use them at the same time. In the previous GTAs, it seems that while you drive by, the SMGs were enhanced so that rate of fire and power was increased a lot so that it killed peds in one shot and slightly damaged vehicles quicker. I'm really against this whole realism thing, but no one does a drive-by with assault rifles.

It's a little unnecessary to make a topic every time you get to a milestone in a GTA game, don't you think? Nonetheless, good job.

Doing drive-bys with a Pistol really doesn't make sense because the rate of fire isn't so good but I won't be shocked if it happens.

^Nice, will. I wonder why people think this mission is so hard. Really all you need to do is have an M60 or Minigun at all times because they're strong one-hit kill weapons and they take down vehicles in no time. Also when you have a chance, when you get to 3 stars and the VCPD Maverick comes over, just shoot it. Even though it'll take a good amount of shots to shoot it down, you don't really need to. You get a good chunk of that bar in with shooting in about 15-20 bullets in there.

Well, that's true and untrue. Vice City Stories has new gangs like the Cholos and the Vance Crime Family, plus the Streetwannabes or Sharks known in Vice City is only known as the Sharks. VCS also doesn't have Haitians since they took the place of the Cholos when they were weak. About characters, there are new ones. Really the only notable characters from Vice City in Vice City Stories are Lance and Umberto Robina.

This isn't the Vice City section. Post is there next time but since it's here, I'll help you. You don't need a required amount of money to get to the final mission. That's in GTA III. You need to control 5 properties (excluding or including Print Works and make them assets to trigger the final mission. The car list is down in the Spray & Go part of Sunshine Autos just next to the export vehicle garage.
