i believe that this feature will likely be in the multiplayer, and you can chat or send email to each other. the internet is supposedly banned(although in LCS they just disscusing it by pros and cons), but in real life all is based on he internet, so R* must be thinking about that too, and they unbanned it in IV.

that's good, i like those ideas, it's like that game mercenary, we can order items, weapons and cars. but maybe in GTA IV, the order will came to your main safehouse, and it delivered with packages. i also like the idea of reducing heat from computers , that's like NFS most wanted, only we could erase the file!!!

well, they said GTA IV will also have internet cafes, and i think yeah, there will be computers in safehouses. anyways since not many of you guys replied this, i'll just go on, what i want from this is a daily information from liberty city, how somebody was killed by niko in some mission, or better yet, when he walks around and simply kill a guy in freeroam, maybe even some police chase news, you know like some of us wanted maybe we can get some information about organized crime in LC that present time, you know, how has it been, maybe there's a news about Claude being a criminal of the city

i don't think so, LCS was never released on PC, but i think the only way you can obtain it is to use the PS2 emulator on your PC oh, and welcome to TGTAP
