firstly, get the IMG TOOL here {With this tool, you can modify things in the :Player,weapons,cars,etc.} Then, extract the .txd file which you want TO BE REPLACED [using IMG tool] as a BACKUP. Then, delete it ONLY FROM IMG TOOL. THEN, add the downloaded file in the sameplace using Add file option. Then, select option Rebuild Archive. Wait till it completes. Then play !! Hope this helps

Find a Skin for Tommy anywhere on the net, I'll suggest look into Here. Then download any skin you like, unzip or unrar it as it says. Copy and Paste it in "Skins" Folder [Mostly in My Documents] Open Vice City Game Options>Player skin setup>choose the skin there>Apply>Play !!

I just wanted to ask, can the shops be pinned at the Trading Stalls? Or is there any criteria one must fulfill in order to get his/her shop pinned? This will surely help the customer as well as whose shop it is. Thanks for the concern.
