Yeah, I love that part of the game it makes it more realistic. It would be nice if you can in GTA 4 kill some ped with only one bulet of some stronger gun like M4 (in VC you could kill anyone with only one bulet in SA it takes much more (and that makes SA unrealistic) )

Maybe in GTA 4 you can build your own building where you can hang around with your guys.
