Are you using the San Andreas Mod Installer? If your putting in vehicles into your game you should use it as it does the whole process for you. Other than that I don't know what your problem might be.

I have IE8 on my laptop and I did a quick check and I didn't get the same problem. Is it still occurring? Firefox has actually gotten worse if you ask me. The last few times I used it, it would just keep freezing and wouldn't go as fast as it would before. I now use Google Chrome which is not only faster but it also gives you more space for the actual web page as the tabs are in the same section as the minimize buttons.

I know how hard it can be to make it so the player isn't showing and I also noticed you had a bit of lag. So considering you did it on a console it wasn't half bad.

Chances are it was probably an emblem challenge and you unlocked a new emblem card.

Well seeing as I'm not getting a new console I've decided to get this for my laptop. A lot of the glitches seem to be similiar to the ones that I experienced in COD4 and World at War. I don't really see how they still haven't been addressed, especially in Modern Warfare 2. If it was something that is impossible to fix then I'd expect them to announce that so people know. I also hear there is a way to get unlimited ammo on the 360 (not sure about the PS3) and that people have just been running around with grenade launchers completely abusing it.

Erm, I don't think it would get so bad that gamers would buy first person shooters from organised crime groups. It would likely be some immigrant trying to make a quick buck. I think the whole idea is idiotic though, I love how games get so much criticism but movies are fine. What makes a action movie with shooting and pig blood more acceptable than some comic violence blood pixels? For example Manhunt 2 was banned in a number of places because of how violent it is, but when you compare it with the likes of Saw which is almost on it's 6th title. It just doesn't make sense to me. I support the SNP myself. While I think their decision to release Megrahi was wrong, I still believe in the majority of their political beliefs. So I'm pretty much a nationalist. I actually met Kenny MacAskill and got the chance to ask him a few questions. I asked what were his reasons for Scottish independence and he made some real good points. He lead on to say that Scotland does not have it's own voice any more as when the UK makes a decision on something it is not necessarily what Scotland wants but because they are under as part of the United Kingdom it is automatically assumed by most people outside of the UK that that is what Scotland believes in. But besides my political views I think that there is a huge deficit in the democratic system of the UK. Isn't a representative democracy supposed to represent the views of the people? The fact that the UK is still using first-past-the-post alone is a reason to claim that the UK is not representing the people's views. I'm all for PR.

Exactly! Right now the UK has a quasi-privatisation of the NHS which I think is ridiculous as it leads to trying to be more cost efficient rather than focusing on the healthcare side. For example, money spent on cleaning may be reduced to save funds but then all that does is makes a hospital a more un-hygienic place which leads to the MRSA bug and possible infections.

I know this is late and almost useless now but in my opinion I think it's best if we minimize the most knowledgeable GTA awards. Here are the current ones: Most Knowledgeable (GTA Portables): Most Knowledgeable (Classic GTAs): Most Knowledgeable (GTA 3 Era): Most Knowledgeable (GTA IV Era): Most Knowledgeable (Modifications): By keeping the Classic GTAs award, the same person is likely to get it over and over and over as there is pretty much no activity there. While there is still activity in the GTA 3 Era section, you'll notice that once again the same people are nominated over again as the only way that you can claim they know the most about it is from how helpful they are in answering questions where people are stuck and need advice. To be honest I think that we should only keep the most recent GTA Era in the forum awards as that is where all the activity is and as new titles are released we will start to see a change in who knows the most. The most knowledgeable modifications question can stay though as that applies to all era's. Also after looking back at the old award nomination topics you'll find that a lot of people never even filled in those sections which makes me think that I'm not the only one who thinks that it's too hard to determine someone to be the most knowledgeable for a game.

Yeah they are still losing money and it makes sense because the unit cost for a PS3 is still really high. However if you can push your software hard enough then it shouldn't matter as you'll be making a profit anyway. It's the only way they can sell more PS3's by reducing the price and it's worked tremendously for them so far. It's just something that Sony will have to keep in mind (and that they have) throughout the PS3's lifespan.
