The kid in Arizona needs psychiatric treatment, at 8 years old he probably doesn't fully understand what he's done. Ironically, it's probably the parent's fault for not teaching him right from wrong. Either way, the kid needs to be institutionalized as he is a danger to others & needs to learn that there are consequences for his actions.

It's getting to the part of the year (US Midwest) where my '92 F150's at it's best. European cars are nice when the weather's nice but you get a foot of snow & it's a different story. Besides, short of blowing up the cast iron pushrod V-8 (simple but effective design) there's nothing on that truck that'll cost more than $100 for me to fix. The best thing anybody could say about Biden was that he stayed on topic (for once). Her various appearances on news programs where she had no problem holding her ground debating issues? This "hillbilly" is one of the few people who really understands the Bush Doctrine (go look it up). These allegations are baseless w/out evidence (credit card statements, expense reports, etc). These reports are half-assed attempts on the part of the people who ran the McCain campaign to caver their asses after they blew the election. If they were serious they would have used the endless ammo from Obama himself to win this one. If you don't know what I'm talking about you really need to pay more attention. Any sane & rational person who did could never support Obama or the "Changes" he wants. My thoughts & opinions on him are strictly based on what he personally has said publicly. Sara Palin was the only leg McCain had to stand on.

What the McCain people did after the election was deplorable. Palin was the only thing keeping McCain's campaign alive. She needs to come back in '12 & run w/ Joe the Plumber.

Before it goes full failure it'll be hit & miss, sometimes it's work & sometimes it won't. What you're describing is pretty specific. RROD typically shows "checkering" & lockups as an early symptom, have you seen the checkering? Is the X360 set up where it has some ventilation, this could be overheating. You might be running hot & the cheat calls on something that pushes it over. You could try placing a small fan so it blows across the back & if that helps get an auxiliary cooling fan. They're noisy but help. If you get nowhere w/ that, SV's advice is probably the best (expect to pay for MS's help if it hasn't gone full RROD).

Suggest you check another news source. Be more worried about how Obama will destroy critics like he did a plumber from Ohio for asking a simple question about taxes. Be more worried about him taking a sudden 3-week vacation when he's supposed to be working & still not being able to hold an intelligible conversation w/out a script & teleprompter. Be more worried about his ties to slumlords, domestic terrorists & violent radicals. You're still my friend & as such I'd be remiss if I didn't ask that you put some thought into something like this. A lot of us are looking at Palin as a backup & McCain as tolerable. He won't make it any worse & will probably just be there for 4 years, + he is an actual war hero & will probably try to what's in the best interest of the country. If anything happens to McCain, Palin is the best thing available to run this country. Initially I viewed McCain as the lesser of 2 evils but have since given him more consideration. Obama falls way short. Black (or woman) president. You're right, America is ready. We've changed a lot in the last 50 years.

He also wants all 401k accounts turned over to social security. Good plan, let the same people take care of your retirement who did such a good job on FREDDY-MAC & FANNIE-MEA. On top of that, under their plan when you die they want to take half of what's left instead of letting you leave it for your loved ones. Employee Freedom of Choice act. - Ask anyone in small business what they think of being unionized, which this law would open the door for by allowing unions to actively "encourage" employees to join. Promises of increased pay & benefits may sound good but are paid for by employers. This could potentially kill small businesses. Transfer of wealth - Yay, welfare for everybody! This guy wants to tax the hell out us & expand the US government into a giant nanny state. A plumber in Ohio made the mistake of asking what he could expect in taxes & Obama set out to ruin him, putting him out of work & having him investigated. ^^ Obama totally blew that one. Instead of punishing the guy for asking a hard question, he should have connected him to someone that could help him get his Plumber's license cleared up & get his tax issues settled. As for George Obama, if he's really that happy that's his deal. But I still think it says what he thinks about family. How about his aunt? You heard of her, right? The one living in a slum in Boston. Enjoy your changes. Personal - Where is your family from & how long have you been here? These issues should really matter to you as your family probably came here to make a better life & for the freedom to have to life you want, where your hard work is rewarded instead of exploited. Now it's 4 days from the election & still nothing substantial. Clothing allowance - Hillary never caught crap about her clothing budget. Obama typically wears $3500 suites. If the budget is covered from privately raised funds, this is a moot point. If they want to pile the money in the street or give it away, it's their prerogative. How much did Obama spend on his goat & pony show infomercial? Hotel/travel bills for her kids - As a Conservative, family first is one of one of her core values so having her kids around when she can is reasonable. Nobody bitched about Michelle Obama sitting in a hotel room ordering lobster (while Barrie was downstairs ripping the US in general because "we have so much & the rest of the world is starving"). Ex-brother in law - If I took a stun gun to a 10-year-old, I'm pretty sure I'd land in jail for a while. Same for scamming workman's comp. If anything, she gave him a break in that he just got fired. Her qualifications - As VP her biggest responsibility would be to break a deadlock in the Senate. If something happened to McCain (if elected, of course) then she would become president. Although being President is a much bigger role, she would have the experience of running a municipal & state government. Still would like to know exactly what a "community organizer" does, although it apparently doesn't involve actually knowing the background of "friends" from the community. Add to this Obama's "Breathalyzer" speech, which happened w/in a month of a 3-week vacation in Hawaii (WTF?!?!. In the most significant presidential race in the history of the US, he takes a vacation?). He should have been at the top of his game & he was a stuttering idiot. I play SA w/ my daughter (age 14), you might want to consider SA instead of VC. I love VC but it takes a lot from the movie Scarface. NOT kid friendly. If you've played SA you know what parts you'll want to avoid & there's the various schools & sidework. My kid is particularly good at skydiving, got 95% the fist time she tried & usually goes for base jumping. For an open world driving game check out Test Drive Unlimited.

I think as long as R* can keep it fresh & keep turning out quality games, GTA will stay around.

I've seen this in VC when there was an error in HANDLING.CFG, usually a missing bit of info. No big until the vehicle is called into the game. If it always happens when the police heli shows up, look at the lines for POLMAVERICK (or similar) & compare them to the lines for MAVERICK. If there's significant difference, put a # before the POLMAVERICK line so the game ignores it & copy the maverick line just under it, change the vehicle name from MAVERICK to POLMAVERICK. Don't forget there's a second section in handling for aircraft.

It happens. Staff has gone on record saying script files are fair game, they aren't used to "crack" the game & are edited as mods. You could copy your currant files in a backup folder & re-install the game to get a clean script. Open a folder & call it "SA Backup", move your GTASA folder into it. Re-install the game to the original location & Move that one to another folder called "GTASA Archive". Move your original back from the backup to the original location & just copy the clean script to your game. Once you have your game working use Winzip or similar to compress your backup & archive folders to free up a little space.

Cool. I don't have a PS3 yet but plan on one. Motostorm just looks good & I loved Gran Turismo 4. I take it other games (PS3) have trophies & they are similar to X360 achievements.
