A taxi is waiting to take Rico to the Cortez House also known as El Swanko Casa. Rico is taken to the Cortez Household and meets up with his uncle. Colonel Cortez tells Rico in order to be in a gang Rico will need to gain Respect of the Gang Leaders. Rico is told a Hotel Suite has been reserved for him at The Standing Vice Point hotel and that he must go there now. Rico Drives to Standing Vice Point Suite Mission Passed! - $50 Mission 2 - The Beatdown Rico receives a Phone Call from Colonel Cortez telling him that a few thugs have been causing mischief around the Cortez yacht. Rico is then forced to beat them up and kill them using only his fists. Rico beats the thugs up! Rico then receives a phone call from Avery Carrington to meet him soon... Mission Passed! - $100 Mission 3 - Out and About Vice... Rico meets up with his uncle to show him around the city. But then on the Radio it says a Freak storm will be coming soon and all bridges and some roads in Vice City have been closed. Rico will now only be shown around the East Island. Cortez tells you to get in his ZR-150 (2 Models down from the 350) and that he will tell Rico where to go. "First Stop, Ocean Beach Ammunation and we'll work our way up" Rico drives to the Ocean Beach Ammunation "This is the place were you will get the best weapons from in Vice City, You will need to go here to restock up on your weapons and armour. Now our next stop is the Washington Beach Police Station" Rico Drives to the Washington Beach police Station "If you get caught by the police in any chases or any other activity what will alert them you will be brought to the nearest police station. The best way you will get out of the Police Stations will be a Lawyer and I have found one for you. His name is Ken Rosenburg and you will meet him soon. Oh yeah before we go to our next area, I have to tell you this Rico, The Police will take a bribe of your money and all of your weapons if you get busted. Next Stop, The Malibu Club" Rico Drives to the Malibu Club Rico - "Why here?" Colonel Cortez - "Ah, in here you will meet most of your contacts, it will be the easiest place to get to since your place is across the road" Rico - "Oh Right? Where to next?" Colonel - "I have some stuff to tell you about the city gang territories but I'll call you later, Take me to my House." Rico Drives to the Cortez House Mission Passed - $200 Rico Gets call from Colonel Cortez Rico - "Hello?" Cortez - "Rico, I have your Lawyers office and his name. His name is Ken Rosenburg and he works down in Washington Beach. His office is facing the Vice River." Rico - "I'll pay him a visit, what was the other thing you wanted to tell me?" Cortez - "Ah Yes, it was the territories in the city: Here they are as follows son: Vercetti Crime Family own Starfish Island, Vice Point and Ocean Beach, Leones own Washington Beach and Vice Port, Forellis own Little Haiti, Cubans own Little Havana, Bikers own Downtown and the Streetwannabes own Prawn Island." Rico - "So, I'll get to choose what gang I can go to?" Cortez - "Yes and I have to go for a meeting with Tommy Vercetti" Rico - "Bye" Avery Carrington Mission Mission 1 - Supplies Mission Cutscene Rico - "Hey, I'm looking for a guy called Avery, Anyone know who he is or anyone seen him?" Worker 1 - "He's in his room over there." Rico - "Thanks" Rico - "you Avery?" Avery - "No, I am Santa Claus. What do you think?" Rico searches for Explosive. Rico Finds Explosives. The police or on to Rico. Pager: Avery: Please drop the explosives off at my place but get rid of the cops first. Rico goes to Pay 'n' Spray. Rico Drops Explosives off. Mission Passed - $500 Call - From Avery Rico - "Hello, who is this?" Avery - "Me, Avery?" Rico - "Oh Right." Avery - "I will need you at some later point when the bridges open. I will need you to use these explosives on the parts group who are helping the construction of a new Forelli building in Little Haiti. Phil: Kill any Forellis you see on the sidewalks and roads. We are going to make them leave Vice City for good. Phil: Oh and don't shoot the car what Mercedes is in. Rico: Just go! Phil: Alright remember I only have one arm. Rico shoots at numerous forellis Phil catches up with Mercedes but falls behind again. Rico shoots more forellis Phil finds the forellis hiding place in Little Haiti Phil and Rico enter it. Rico finds Frank, Mike and Eddy Forelli in their office. Eddy Forelli is killed but Frank and Mike escape. Rico finds Mercedes alive Rico: Do you want me to take you to the hospital? Mercedes: No, I'll be fine. Rico: Did they..... Merc: No they didn't hurt me. Rico: Where do you want to go? Merc: My mansion Merc, Phil and Rico leave the Forelli hideout and enter the patriot. Rico drives to Mercs Mansion on Starfish. Merc enters mansion. Rico: Phil where do you want to go to? Phil: I want to kill some Streetwannabe Scum. Rico: A little later though. Phil: Yeah, you worked hard today son. Rico: Yeah, I'm tired maybe later. Phil: Ok, take me to the cortez Penthouse in Ocean Beach Rico drives to the cortez penthouse and leaves Patriot Phil: Good Job and thanks for dropping me off. She worked at Caligulas in 1992. It could be possible that I could make here work at the Pole Position but she wouldn't be a Mojor character. Those of you who took the time to read it, the mission that I cam up with, is called "Gaining The Lawyers Respect".
