Chris
Ha, I've seen this before, and being a web designer it makes me want to brutally murder the guy who made it. Luckily I know it was only done as an experiment to show what happens when you use both invalid code and go against every single good design principle there is. This is the result. And this is why more people need to appreciate the hard work web designers put in to making websites compatible and valid across all browsers and OS's Oh yeah anybody on IE6!? Do show us what it does to your browser

Huckleberry Pie
I see similar-looking pages every time I visit Friendster or Myspace; noobs and whiny teens format their profiles like that most of the time. There's a web page in GTA IV that pokes fun at that practice.

Yeah, that's why I insist on keeping my profile as clean as possible; I'm a four-eyed dude, as in really near-sighted, so anything that isn't contrasted well is a no-no. TM™
Simplicity sometimes wins. Depends entirely on what content you add to your web page. I for one laughed for a few seconds when I saw that. Because there's so much stuff going on within that page, it just draws my attention, and makes me want to close the tab. Adding way to much stuff doesn't make it look awesome, it makes it look shit, completely awful looking, and makes it unprofessional. I for one am glad I'm not a rookie at web design, Cause this is usually what happens when you make a minor mistake with your coding. But considering this is an experiment, at least you can see what happens when your coding. Seems something like what a 8 year old did, with the aide of their mates. I won an HTML coding contest back when I was in college; the other contestant crufted his way while I insisted on keeping it simple as well as readable. And it isn't weird for us Filipinos to go to college when you're sixteen just as Chris said, but it's OK, Spaz. But back to topic: besides the site WRX posted, aren't there any more messier/noobish sites than that?
Cursed
Seems something like what a 8 year old did, with the aide of their mates. I made a website when I was 8 with help from my friends, and it didn't look that bad. It basically consisted of a black background, lime green text and some random pictures and stuff.
