Tonight I bought my very own SCARFACE: The World Is Yours Collectors Edition. The game is amazing so far and I highly suggest that people buy this game. If you're a big Grand Theft Auto fan you'll love this game.

The Collectors Edition comes with the following:

Bonus DVD

-Making of the game documentary

-game walk-through with producer commentary

-cast videos and interviews

-hints and tips video

-game concept art

Along with this you get a Printed World Map of Miami and the Islands which is really cool. There is also a little something extra that is in the Collectors Edition that you'll just have to find out for yourself buy purchasing the Collectors Edition of SCARFACE: The World Is Yours.

Back Cover:

Be The Original. Be Tony Montana.

They thought you were dead, but Tony Montana don't die so easy. Sosa took everything you had. Now you've got nothing, but that never stopped you before. You're back with a vengeance, ready to reclaim your turf and rebuild your empire. All you've got are your balls---and your word.

Live the turbulent life of the infamous Cuban drug lord who redefined the American Dream, in an original explosive script by famed screenwriter David McKenna (Blow, American History X). Climb your way back to the top through savvy deals and brutal intimidation. First you get the money, then you get the power, then you get revenge!

-Beat down, blow away or run over your enemieswith Tony's signature style and flair.

-Bury those cock-a-roaches in Blind Rage Mode.

-Insult, intimidate and impress the way only Tony can.

-Become the kingpin of a thriving underworld economy.

-Experiance the lavish lifestyle of a crime boss.

-Hire henchmen to do your dirty work.

-Explore the open world of Miami and the Islands---go in and out of buildings without loading.

My Thoughts:

Like I said before, I like the game a lot so far and everything seems amazing the way its all set up. In the beginning you could choose to go to bootcamp back in Cuba, which is set in the year 1974. Then after that you start off in the mansion and re-live one of the most kick ass scenes ever. Once you get through that you escape and try to regain your entire empire. What are you waiting for? BUY THE GAME!

Yeah I just saw a preview of it on a video game show a week or so ago and it looks amazing! All the special features on the Collector's Edition sound really cool but does it come in an Xbox version as well? Thanks for the recommendation I will probably buy it either this month or after VCS.

Lol, maybe in your opinion, I say it's pretty good. Anyway do you think it's giving Vice City a run for it's money since VC was basically inspired by Scarface or did it already rob the bank so to speak?

Yesterday I was taking over some Diaz Brother territory and one of the drug crates landed in the water and I was thinking "f***...How the hell am I gonna get that?". So I was gonna try to run onto it, since you cant jump, and I fell into the water thinking I was dead and then I found out that Toni could swim. I felt like a dumbass and felt happy at the same time :lolbounce:

I also found out that you could gamble multiple ways. Gamble in casino games, much like San Andreas, along with other things like fights at a trailer park, races and I'm sure there are more.

The vehicles are even more kick ass than I thought. You could buy actual yachts which are most likely as big as Cortez's from Vice City but I dont know if it is driveable or not. I havnt unlocked everything because I'm screwing around a lot on the game...not making too much progress.

I'll post more features as I come across them.

Wow this game just keeps getting better as you post. Only thing that bothers me is that you can't jump but also probably means you don't need it that much either. I checked on a site and there Collector's Edition is only on PS2 :( Meaning I'll miss out on a bit but that's ok. All the features sound really great especially the swimming lol. Street fights sound really cool, keep on posting the features!

Well just a few minutes ago I just got finished taking over a storehouse area where the cocain will be stored. Then after I did that I got a call from Toni's lawer's assistant and he said he knew where Toni's wife was, so of coarse you have to try and find her. This leads you right into a trap which got me pissed off because they take all your weapons away and they chase you with uzis and shotguns so I just said "Awww f*** that." and then I turned off my PS2 and I'm about to go to sleep.

Anywho, the game is getting a lot more interesting as the storyline progresses. I think in the end you'll be able to take over Sosa's Isand or whatever along with his business which would be really kick ass.

PS: That sucks that the Collector's Edition is only for the PS2...well for you anyways... :D

Seems like there's a lot of things to do and the storyline isn't wrecking the awesome film. Sounds pretty interesting, how big is the map compared to VC? Is every part unlocked in the beginning or do you have to pass a certain part in the storyline like in GTA?

Well the creators of the movie took part in making the game so I dont think they'd f*** it up. The land is roughly the same size but the map is larger. I think there is another map along with Miami which is I think where Sosa lives. So far the only locked place is Sosa's area which has to be in the game because on the map I got has it. and the only other thing that is some what locked is gainable territory. You start off in Little Havana and you have to gain that territory and then you move onto Downtown. You can own the Babylon Club which is pretty cool. You could sell your drugs to your fronts instead of the dealers which is much easier.

I finally beat that one mission when they take all your weapons away...I was sneaking and took my weapons to my mansion to store them so they couldnt take them. But I just snuck around behind buildings waiting for the knife people to come around and I'd beat the shit out of them for their knives. After I did that I snuck up behind someone with an uzi and then I kill some people with AK-47s and then "pwned" the rest of their asses with those. by the way, the area you're abandoned with no weapons is "freedom town" where Toni started off in America.

Sounds cool, but the idiots who manufactured my PC. ( i just bought 9 months ago) put a shitty low end video card.

Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics controller

So I'mout of luck when it comes to new games.

All thies new games require "pixel shader" something that my video card doesn't support.

Well today I just found out there are deffinetly 2 maps which make the whole map at least two thirds the size of San Andreas, which is pretty big, thats just the land. The islands are scatered which make the map larger which in that case would be maybe 2X larger than San Andreas. I'm just guessing just to let you know. "The Islands" as they call them are very harsh because there are pirates and shit that go after your cocain which is a pain in the ass. I'm too lazy to read the credits but I'm pretty sure Bam Margera is the voice for the beer and wine store owner...which I thought was pretty funny.

So far I took over Little Havana and Downtown and I own 2 storehouses along with about seven businesses. I also have about four million dollars. I'm getting sorta far in the storyline...maybe 40%...not sure...just guessing.

Yeah this game does look really awesome. The part about Bam voicing the beer/wine store owner is pretty funny. Love that guy. Map is really big as far as I can tell but the pirates part kinda sounds corny. Are they actual pirates or a gang which isn't that great either... :nope:

Well a pirate is a person who robs or commits illegal violence at sea or on the shores of the sea. So its not like some big ass ship or anything that you're probebly thinking of. Just some people on boats trying to steal your supply...makes it a challenge.

PS: Yes I LOVE this game.
