  1. I think the graphics of the next-gen consoles are meeting the bench mark that the PC sets and, with in the next two yaers, will serpass them by a graet deal. I think this is because the game makers are just now hendering power of these machines and will one day soon, fully utilize it. You're an idiot, sir. PCs will ALWAYS be ahead. Why? They can be UPGRADED. The video cards out for PCs are more than double that of what the PS3 and 360 are running. Both systems were below what a PC can do BEFORE THEY WERE RELEASED. Hey, I liked you, thought you were a good guy but you call me an idiot. I don't come shitin all over you ideas now do I. Here's my point. the 360 has the power if not more power than a PC at this point. Sure they can upgrade but the 360 is all about how you utilize it's tech. If you do it right, then you will make a game better than any PC game ever made or that will ever be made. Plus next-gen consoles are just as upgradeable as a PC. Hell they practically are PCs at this point. No sir, you're wrong. Yes, ALL consoles are PCs. TONED DOWN PCs. Right now, as we speak, no console can touch a high-end PC. It's just that simple. The 360 doesn't have more power than a pc. My computer is running 2GBs of RAM, what's the 360 running in terms of RAM? No where near. Case proven with that alone. I have a 200GB HDD with a second 200HDD I need to install((I'm a procrastinator)), how big is the 360 HDD? Exactly. Case proven, again. What about the GPU of these two systems? It's already been said that the PS3 GPU is outdated in terms of the COMPANY THAT MADE IT, so it can be expected the same goes for the 360. They have 512MB GPUs out FOR GAMING.... Neither the PS3 nor 360 is running that. So where's your proof of your claims? Oh, yeah, you have none. Consoles are not upgradeable. You can't buy a stick a RAM, open your PS3, and stick it in there. Sorry, doesn't work that way. Are you telling me if you decided that Cell processor wasn't enough for you anymore you could go buy a better one and stick it in there? RIIIIIIGHT. I believe you. Entirely.
  2. How could anyone who isn't a Vista-boy justify the game requiring Vista? And hell, running GTA IV on VISTA I'd want more than 2GB of RAM. 2 gig? Na no way, I mean the PS3 only has 256mb of ram right? And the 360 only has 512 I think. Also I don't think you'd need 10 gb because C&C3 takes up like 4 or 6 gigs and they have put loads of detail and features into that game. I think you need 1Gb for Ram and maybe 7 gig space. But for slower ram and graphics card users you should be able to tone quality down from the main menu in the game. This way most people can play it =] Okay, but when the PS3 is running GTAIV, it's ONLY running GTA IV. Your PC is running Windows, and a bunch of other background programs which probably include your firewall and anti-virus. You don't want to run a game if ALL you have on your hard drive is the required space left. You want well over the required space so it doesn't slow down. On top of that, if you're running Vista, you'll want a higher amount of RAM just to keep it from lagging. The game isn't even ANNOUNCED yet and they are posting specs that would work right now. Trust me, they aren't going too high((with the exception of trying to say it would require VISTA, that would be a stupid move on Rockstar's part and would only benefit Microsoft)). And again, you'd atleast need 1 GB just to keep Vista happy. If that would even cut it.
  3. People are acting as if he specifically stated what the problems were with each console. No, not true. Not true at ALL. My mom bought a PC a month or so back. It came with Vista. And only 512MB of RAM. That's barely enough to push Vista. But yesterday we stuck another gig of RAM in there. Still f***ing running slow.
  4. It doesn't say they won't be able to play, it just says that it could pose a problem.
  5. Memory and RAM = same thing. I doubt it will require Vista "or higher", especially since there is no "or higher". Not enough people on Vista to justify that.
  6. Yeah, but as stated, the ban could've been lifted. And try EVERY game since GTA III, with the exception of Advance, which doesn't count anyways being as it wasn't part of the "3D" series.
  7. They have various names. I think I'm common to star signs, myself. Zodiac signs, works, too. That seems to be a universal name.
  8. Since when do UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS have to have a special shape or look?
  9. They didn't say it wouldn't fit on a DVD.... They said there are limitations on both systems, they never said what any of the limitations were.
  10. Why would we have to pollute "Earth II"? That's a bad thing. He's probably talking about if the Earth becoming unlivable is the cause of us having to leave it. Then yes, Earth II being as close as the moon would work in our advantage and we'd be fine until we poluted it to that point again, but that would take some time. Global warming is happening. We can stop it. The REAL problem is most of our population is too stupid/stubborn/lazy/uncaring to do anything about it. I, personally, have come to accept this and shall just live here until I can't anymore. Whatever. Yeah from Global Warming, but we're discussing "Earth II", which would be our 4th home after the earth is taken out of the safe zone, if we are to survive that long. The actual discussion at that point was if "Earth II" was the same distance as the moon, in which if we had to leave Earth for the reason of global warming/pollution/etc., then yes, that would be just fine. Well, if we were to leave Earth because we can't live here anymore, then the pollution would stop, slowly it would HAVE to revert back to the way it was. In the same sense, if we stay here and die, it would have to eventually fix itself. I sort of see us killing ourselves as a way to get RID OF US and let the Earth start over.

  12. The Hills Have Eyes((remake, atleast, never saw the original)) was such utter shit. It was one of the worst recent horror movies. And a sequel? WTF? They all f***in' died! I'm sorry, it's blatantly obvious how young you are. You prefer remakes over originals. You love recent horror movies and idiotic movies. They are few remakes that can actually be called "good". Most remakes are a disgrace to the geniuses who made the originals.
  13. Are you responding to me? For my question wasn't meant to be answered, and no isn't the answer anyways. The scales are the Libra's sign..... Therefore, said symbol would be more representative....
  14. Also, NO PC-safety arsenal is complete without AVG Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, and HijackThis! So yeah. Get those.

  16. Um, no, I doubt it. Reaction time and eye coordination? Yes. But cars handle and act entirely different in real life. You pull some of the "crash avoidance" moves in real life that you do in a game and you'll end up in a worse crash.
  17. Doubt it. They haven't announced it, and apparently there was an ad in the game for the Tourismo, a car in SA. No point, anyways. I prefer the fake names and slightly off-looking cars. Who cares, really?
  18. Um, I'm rather certain you just have to have a clean record and pass a test and such.....
  19. Ummm, a few things, dude. No one said they were definitely 100% ghosts except Silberio. Also, ghosts aren't limited to some special area. They have just as much freedom to go where ever they please as you do....
  20. No one said they were fake, but that doesn't mean they ARE definitely ghosts. Um, THOSE orbs aren't lens flares, genius. And lens flare isn't in ALL pictures. You can use simple cameras without flash, buddy. And even with flash, there isn't always a flare. Infact, usually the flare is caused by a light aiming TOWARDS you, not away from you, as the flash does. Like a bright sun or a light that someone didn't realise wouldn't be a good idea to have in their pictures. You can't 100% say that there are no ghosts, and you can't say the orbs in some pictures are definitely NOT ghosts. I mean, you weren't there, you didn't see the tiny dust, you can't prove that's what it was.
  21. Ummm... its illegal to have a weapon in public or anywhere else unless you are at a gun certified, enclosed area (gun range, shooting ranch.) If anyone saw anyone with a gun here they would most likely run away. unless there in the deep ghetto, which guns are still illegal. it is only okay to have it at your HOUSE if you have a license. Unless you have a concealed weapons permit. In which you're allowed to have concealed weapons on you.
  22. I've never been able to screen cap WMP, Winamp, MPC, or even my dvd software. Try finding a player that has a screen cap feature, perhaps?
  23. No.... Isn't there a topic describing the shop? The actual shop....
  24. Hey buddy, turn off the caps lock >.O Anyone have the link to the topic about the shop? I couldn't find it.
  25. This is definitely some pretty cool shit. I mean, think about it, this would just be the beginning. Imagine when this mixes with higher-end PCs of tomorrow.... The possibilities are endless, and it's going to be insane. Mix virtual reality, brain-wave-sensors, intelligent high-end robotics, and high-sensitivity cameras, and you have the end of the world as we know it.
