GTA IV Preview From Official PlayStation Magazine UK
Spaz The Great replied to Chris's topic in GTA IV News
Well if you don't like motion sensing buy a 360, you can get the exclusive episodic content aswell. It isn't motion sensing against, remember, I 500% support the Wii. It's weak motion sensing((atleast 30 degree tilt before it does something?)), and out-dated technology used as a gimmick. I'd prefer to get it for PS3, for the sole reason that I've always played GTA with a Playstation controller and it's what I'm use to. It's the easiest to me. The Xbox controller is way different, and I HATE GTA with a keyboard. Yes, I'm willing to spend the extra money so I have the controller I'm use to. But to me it doesn't matter anyways because they are both just consoles to me. -
Ah, we'll have your grammar improved significantly in no time, trust me. I didn't have much of a sense of grammar or anything until I came to TGTAP, honestly. And that helped me pass tests and stuff. But yeah, never suggest erasing an entire drive just to get rid of a virus. VERY drastic.

Prank or not, they still take it rather serious. Myself? I LOL'd. I find it funny.

The orbs in the second picture are kind of common in photos. My pictures sometimes have them, not entirely sure what causes them, but they could or could not be ghosts. Now that I think about it, a lot of them happen at Keruri's house, and her house is rather haunted.

Here's a small tip of advice. The whole plaing thing works, but it works better in smaller images. If you're not going to fill the space with much, you don't need 600px in width. One hundred in height is good, but go for more around 400-500 in width, and they will look a bit better. That last one definitely looks more appealing, though if it were a tiny bit smaller I think it might look a little better. Just a suggestion((I tend to notice a lot of people new to making their own sigs usually make them as big as possible....)).
-
most of them aren't identifiable unless you read the name. Shouldn't there be like a scale on it? It's a bit more representative, no?
-
It's actually 23 flavors.... Mt. Dew is good, but I prefer the taste of Dr. Pepper. Pepsi is a rather shitty "sweet" soda. And it goes flat too easily. When did that happen? Last time I had it, it was still rather amazing.

Um, yeah but Chrisman has been here longer than half of the forum. Activity isn't about having the highest post count possible. Yeah, Elite fits better. Veteran is more of someone who has been here for a while. Someone who joined in June 2006 just shouldn't be considered a veteran. Yes, only you do that, Jared. >.> <.< >.> <.<

Do you think that UFO's are real?
Spaz The Great replied to JowZ_Speccial.24's topic in Music, Film, TV & Sports
I'll have to be honest with you, I can barely ever understand what you're saying. For the record, to ask what a word means, you use a sentence structure more along "What does [word] mean?". The second line I'm not even attempting to read again. -

I know, but my point was that it's rather bothersome to my eyes... Why can't people hold a camera still? It isn't really that hard.... And I'm not called "Spaz" for nothing, either. -
Actually, re-read it, buddy. Try Lifestyles under General Discussion. It has gaming, music, movies, sports, etc.

Why? The first one sucked ass. The remake, atleast. Never saw the original. But yeah, the new one was epicly GAY. The Zodiac killer is a rather interesting guy. Norbit was great? Sorry, but it looks REALLY stupid.

GTA IV Preview From Official PlayStation Magazine UK

Wow, it's even less useful than I originally thought. No point having motion sensing that isn't even very sensitive. Read the scans, and it is all rather nice stuff. They are doing some superb stuff. I'm itching to play this game so badly. NEED A CONSOLE -
Wow, I'm recently finding the same problem, and not being able to get rid of it with Ad-Aware, AVG, Norton, or Spybot. Ad-Aware ran 4 times in 24 hours removed over 400 files and I still had the problem. I downloaded something called Security Task Manager, which showed all the stuff running in the task manager and described them. Removed a few odd-named things that appeared as "browser extensions" and "tool bars", all of which had the IE logo on them((go figure, I don't even USE my IE)), and it seems to be working fine now. I even had an odd clicking noise as if I kept clicking things with the pointer, that stopped, too. Stay out of help topics. Please. Don't try to give PC advise. Ever.

THAT video is shaky. If you want to tell me it isn't, you didn't watch it. He's posting "ufo videos" in a "ufo topic". Mind sharing the spam part of that? -
1. From the trailer, I'm not expecting anything above the trend of new sucky horror movie. 2. Entertainment, much? You keep posting entertainment topics in the lounge.
-
Epic Movie looked hilarious, I'm not sure about the newest Zodiac movie but the 2005 one was pretty good, Norbit look absolutely retarded, Disturbia looked pretty good, Hot Fuzz looked atleast promising.... I don't think I could entirely trust your opinions. Atleast you gave The Hills Have Eyes 2 a 0.

There may be no planes, BUT....

WHAT?!? ok lemme rephrase this. i use cheats. yes. but i dont save with them. (i do on that other cheat file) the only cheats there should be are cheats to do cool stuff. such as flying cars. but the cars are probly going to be hard to fly. like in gta 3. and i dont want cheats that give things like infinite health or armor or ammo. why? because if you know that you can beat the game easily, especially when on a very hard mission, wouldnt you want to make it easy and use cheats? and i beat every game fair and square. THEN i cheat. If you don't have the self-control NOT to use cheats, then simply don't play. I like leisurely playing and using cheats. When I'm just messing around I get tired of dying all the time and not having the gun I want. It isn't our's, or Rockstar's fault that you can't control yourself. I'm currently playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time on my PC, and there's a part I simply CANNOT pass because I'm using a keyboard which doesn't have an analog stick like the controller, so I think I might HAVE to cheat -.-..... -
You could give stuff to the mall, assuming you bought something first, you can sell it back. The MAIN purpose of the store is the gang wars, but they are quite a ways away. If you're interested in finding out more about the gangs and the gang system, check out this section

How would they be used for hydraulics? Oh, while I'm asking about six axis.. Is it actually any good for racing games? Couldn't they have an option in the menu to turn it off for cars or something? You can turn the motion sensing off any time you want. So that ain't a problem. It would be used in hydraulisc so when you tilt to the left the car tilts to the left and so on...... If that was the case I wouldn't ever use hydraulics. I don't want to have to keep my hand perfectly still while trying to drive. Some cool stuff, going to read the scans now. -

Do you want me to get a screen of it. Because I will if you want me to. I saw the 2 seconds worth of clear imagery, I just get annoyed easily with the entire video being shakey, it bothers my eyes. -
Should I buy an XBOX360 or PS3 to play GTA IV?
Spaz The Great replied to Alistair's topic in GTA IV Discussion + Help
Um, wasn't MS the first to announce anti-aliasing back in 2005 at E3? On top of that, the EXACT link you sent me said this: "4--The PS3 version DOES NOT have simultaneous High Dynamic Range (HDR) lighting and and Full Screen Antialiasing (FSAA). The RSX lacks the necessary memory bandwidth to do so as do all nVIDIA G70 and below based GPUs do. The PS3 version only has HDR lighting." On top of THAT, the high-res screens I found showed MORE jagged edges on the PS3 screen caps. Doesn't anti-aliasing REMOVE those? Yeah, I'm rather certain that's what it does..... -
Yeah, this has been repeated about 342684 times in this topic. Um, it isn't about LEARNING.... You can improve SKILLS by playing video games. That's two words, buddy. Dude, there's plenty of research that say otherwise. How can you say something that makes you use quick tactical thinking and quick hand-eye coordination DOESN'T improve those said skills?

Don't follow what Spartan does, it's in your best interest . As for this emulator thing, I have done some research on the matter to see if this can in fact be done, from what I have seen so far it's not possible. Unless you have the tools required for your PSP to extract your game to your MemoryStick. Which I wouldn't recommend, as I don't know myself whether that is in fact legal. Well, in terms of legally doing it, yes, you'd need the tools to extract your game to your memory stick. Of course, we all know that you can illegally do it, also, but we won't talk about that option. I think there are multiple programs out that will make .ISO's of your UMDs. All that would be is a back up of a game you already own, as long as it's only the one backup and you don't distribute it, you're legal. It's handy if you're able to load ISOs with your PSP((by means of an ISO loader, or the VERY NICE custom firmware out)), because then you're running the game from the memory stick and not spinning the disk, thus saving battery life. It still isn't possible because it almost seems they have given up((currently, atleast?)) on a PSP emulator. They had one years back, but ALL it could do was run homebrew .PBPs if I'm not mistaken/

What shark? I don't recall seeing a shark. Yeah! What f***in shark? There was a METAL shark behind the film studios in either the water or on land. I forget where, but it does exist. Nevermind I didn't see it in the trailer. And Tilly, Sprunk is advertised in that very screen cap from the trailer >.O
