It would be good if it was used effectively. There would still be people not using the right forums, just like people who put GTA topics in General Discussion. Or, if we had a lot more discussion on these things.

If her disk isn't spinning, it's just showing the PS2's main menu. I doubt a dirty laser would prevent the disk from SPINNING. My original PS2 shit-out on me with DRE's((disk-read error)). All my disks except a select few DVDs. Then those stopped working, too. Had to get a new one, and it turned out the problem was the PS2((not the disks)). You can probably take it in to a game shop and they can check it out for you. I know GameStops around here do that, and PC shops will do it for your PC. If you have your reciept and the store you bought it from is pretty easy-going on returns/trade-ins you could try that. Or possibly selling it to a game store and then buying a new system((of course you'll need a little money for this)).

We know, Rockstar announced it, THEMSELVES. And I could not see Rockstar using the sixaxis. I'm sorry, but that is a rather lame controller aspect that wouldn't have a decent use in GTA anyways.

Like when instead of ducking from gunfire you're attempting to push in the health cheat and you hit the wrong button and die instead? Time is a big issue for cheats. Um, no, dude..... Cheats are just there. They aren't actually there for a specific reason, and if they are, the reason would be "fun" or "whatever you want it to be". Cheats aren't put in to help you progress, people just use them for that reason. Again, no, they weren't meant to help you pass missions. They were meant to help you enjoy yourself, the way you enjoyed yourself using the cheats was up to you. Personally, I just find them amusing. So the only cheats you want are ones that help you progress and none just for the sake of having fun? Okay..... Right.....

And, y'know, being on a firmware higher than that which CheatDevice works on isn't good, either...

Just because the PS3 has internet capabilities does not mean you can mod the games. To mod the game you must actually alter files in the game, which is on the disk, which is uneditable. Just like people swore up and down that you'd be able to mod LCS because the PSP had a memory stick in it...... The most you can do is temp. alter hex values to do funky things to the game, you can't add anything that isn't already there.....

To get the full effect from the game you'd have to play through with both genders. With SA, it was more of a reflection of your choices throughout the game, you could change them. With the gender-choice, you get ONE choice at the VERY BEGINNING and it's UNCHANGABLE. Big difference.

That's easy, especially on VC. I had a ten-minute wheelie and didn't even realise how long it was until I did the math. REALLY easy if you use the dirt bike and have a lot of time. When you get tired you can pause the game and pick up later. I should go for like a 48 hour wheelie.

1. Don't brush OVER your point of interest in there, for these, especially, it takes away. 2. Make sure the brushing has a point to it. The random grunge doesn't go with Salvatore, really. 3. Following off of number 3, pay attention to color. A grey-blue color would've worked on that a little better, IMO. 4. Sometimes things look cool, but just don't work. Not to sound mean, but don't use effects just for the sake of using them. Inverting colors is used way too often just to look cool. I'd say thats a given yes, maybe even so there may be more exclusive content for the PS3 we just don't know about yet. While it could be possible, i wouldn't say it's a given yes. It's possible.

You make a border.... If you got them off the internet you'd practically need a new one for every sig. I don't use GIMP, I use PS, so I don't actually know how Gimp works. Try this, though. Create a new layer and put it at the very top. Hit CTRL + A to select all, maybe that doesn't work in Gimp, I don't know. Just select the entire canvas. Then go to Edit and see if you have the option "Stroke". Put a 1-3 pixel stroke of whatever color you want, and make sure it's set to "Inside", not "Center" or "Outside". If that doesn't work, well, then, I don't know. That's how I do it.

Try to make them look a little less repeatitive. I'm going to take a wild guess and say you used brushes, right? Whatever you used, it's apparent where you used the same thing over and over again. Try to put more variation so it looks less repeatitive.

Might have been the electricity gun. That gave a skeleton look, I think.... But the original had motorcycles, and I thought that was pretty cool. And the Lamborghini. ^.^
