any time i join a netgame my ping is terrible (only 1 or 2 bars...) so annoying. at first it was because i was downloading stuff but then i turned it off and it was still bad.

lol rage. australia post is a bit of a joke sometimes too. for example (now i dont know if its the fault of the place i ordered, or auspost) but...i ordered a mobile phone battery, and i payed extra for "express" (next business day). i ordered it i think on a friday, so next business day should be a monday. but it took like almost 2 weeks. so shit.

lol at the whole xbox piracy thing. my mate afaik does not have a single legitimate game, (i think he has mw2 already, but he didnt play it online) and has played them all on xbox live for so long. and nothing happened. not saying i support it or anything but it's a bit of a joke.

there is some mods that do this. im not sure how to do it yourself. space einsteins all in one mod v2 does it, makes the parking garage near where you do missions for colonel cortez and the airport buyable it does a whole lot of other cool stuff to, but note that since you change the main.scm file, you gotta start a new game. http://www.zshare.net/download/680044796d218002/ Thats a link because I couldnt find it on this site or others ... also I guess this should be moved to modding > gta vice city modding.

I would've watched more but we dont have the sport channels on cable I don't really hate yankees, I never really followed anyone particularly in MLB, you could say I followed yankees sort of (have the hat lol) but thats about it.

wow lol you guys are really motivated with games, like doing it on hardest difficulty etc. far cry 2 lol, ive done like 3 missions (played for like 1h) on the day i got it, then havent touched it since. MGS4 im still in the terrorist zone wherever it is in the middle east, COD4 ive done NO missions (i like multiplayer), GTA4 im like 10% lol. it's not really anything to do with time, i dunno why. MGS4 just shits me that you get like 90% of a mission done (or chapter or whatever it breaks down to), but you cant save that progress, like, between two areas.

hehe cool. reminds me of when i was doing music at school and we had the keyboard and cubase doing composition. its cool its in a flash thing but its sort of awkward without a keyboard to play it in, its a little easier that way.

I heard those USB recorder thingo's are shite quality. if your PC is a desktop rather than a laptop, then I'd buy a PCI card (internal) with the composite (yellow,white,red) inputs. then you just plug the PS3 av cables straight into that. If you want to have it split to TV and the PC, then you need three of these as well as those splitter things you mentioned. and one of these. This is what it will look like btw f>f is the RCA joiner. It's gonna be a big f**ken mess of cables but it'll work.

nah no idea man. yep you should run windows update regularly (like once a week at least) but its weird that AVG is causing problems. that being said I'm running 8.5 , just find a 8.5 setup, with the latest definitions there's likely no difference.

you shouldve made a new topic. anyway. that happened because you modified your game, pretty much. either script modification or one of those total conversions. reinstall and dont put mods then the savegame should work. unless THAT was created with a copy of vice city which is modded. in which case you need another savegame. you can find it here http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads
