wait...so your specs are different from the other topic you made? whats your specs now, what CPU, ram, video card do you have ? and im guessing, night is more demanding on your resources, more traffic etc takes more power to render than no traffic you just need to lower your settings (or upgrade your machine)

yeah im not a big fan of ACOG scope either. all my classes except the riot shield one (which i hardly use) has stopping power and commando pro. the first perk is either scavenger pro or bling pro. commando pro i like because not only the increased melee distance, but no fall damage. its handy if you're getting shot at and you're up high just jump and run whereas normally you'd die from that height. one of my classes p90 with holographic sight stinger semtex flashbang scavenger pro stopping power pro commando pro final stand my k/d ratio is like 1.01 XD

dunno if any of you saw this. pretty funny / random... kill = 5 million experience (to lv70 in one kill) some insane jumping height, a 500 second nuke timer, few other things. also made kill be negative 5 million, so instantly sent back to lv1. rofl. thank god its not on ps3

trainers work for some stuff but a lot of things it does causes GTA to crash like when i was messing around with cheatdevice on GTA VCS, it'd freeze the PSP sometimes. also a GTA3 trainer I had , it would crash the game occasionally. sometimes things just dont work. all i could suggest is try another trainer. i think spaceeinstein made a all-in-one scriptmod for san andreas like he did for vice city, that had unlim health in it among like another 100 things. have a look around for it. of course that means you'll need to start a new game though.

I think he meant the graphics in Chinatown Wars as a game compared to say Vice City Stories rather than the iPhone port.

What are your system specs? Sometimes this error comes up even though you have a good enough PC. Try uninstall and reinstall the game then see how you go.

NES i think. we had (still have) that with 2 controllers, the gun, super mario bros / duck hunt in one cartridge and some golf game "Golf" was the other cartridge. then sega mega drive, ps1, ps2, ps3. i find it funny that my parents didnt buy any of those consoles, except technically the PS2. but i sort of tricked my mum into getting that when she was getting a new phone (buy this phone on xx plan and get free ps2). when we got to the counter "here's your free ps2" my mums like "wot?" sega mega drive would be the first one i remember playing. had some awesome games on that, the sonic ones of course, golden axe, streets of rage, super hang-on (motorbike racing), i remember i had a "6 in 1" thing too. i played desert strike at my cousins. pretty much all those games now i got on emulator

According to this it's a savegame problem. But this says (from Zmodeler forum) Could be either, my guess is a problem with the vehicle mod. Restore your backups or reinstall if you didn't make a backup.

So you tried with someone else's internet and it didn't work ... that rules out firewall issues I guess. I'm guessing you tried the usual reset console etc ? You could always email IW / Activision / Sony

according to this your PC came with a Intel GMA950. Not sure if this will run the game or not, but it's a memory issue you're getting. Go into the BIOS settings and you can change the setting for video memory. Alternatively (probably better option) you can upgrade to a dedicated video card. On that page it says you have a PCI-E slot, pretty much anything nowadays would be able to max out Vice City (im running it maxed out on a 7300 go). For $55 you could pick yourself up a nVidia 9500GT or a ATi 4650 Ok just noticed you wrote that you can play San Andreas but not Vice City. Try reinstalling Vice City & update your video drivers. Other than that I'm not sure.

try running it in XP compatibility mode.
