Unless he plans on showing off his PC I really don't see the problem here. It's not like it has an NViDIA logo on it or anything, it's just made by them. It's makes the same sense as an Intel system with an ATI video card, which people do all the time. that is all.

Are you sure its for the same version of GTA4 as you have, like, the savegame might be for the USA (BLUS30127) version of GTA4 rather than the Australian (BLES00258) version ? Australian version 100% savegame there's a australian version savefile.

well i was just messing around for like half an hour googling how to get the save file of GT2 from my PSP to PS3. i finally figured it out, did it, started the game, then realised i have the NTSC GT2 (iso) on my PSP and the PAL on PS3 (my copy) and wow this topic has been inactive for a while.

just reinstall your game and you will get the waterpro.dat file back. if you want to keep your mod still, when you install gta vice city, put it in another folder

if you were actually missing it, i presume the game wouldnt run as it contains important information / specifications of the vehicles and other stuff... its against the rules for us to upload it here, just reinstall your game if you need it.

windows firewall is good. also if you have any sort of router / modem for your internet (basically everyone) , they have built in firewall too.

that mp3 control thing, where you have to put a DLL. yeah i had no luck with that either i dont think any of them work. to skip the tracks what you can do is go to another radio station, then go back to mp3 and usually it changes the song. if you want the songs in specific order, if you put numbers in front of all the filenames (01 02 etc) then it'll play in that order im pretty sure.

umm any game shop around, or any department store. to tell if its pirated umm i dunno...the disc itself will look dodgy i guess
