agp...doesnt really support much high end cards. so i cant really say u'd be able to run gta4. ram, well, dont they make 1gb modules? yeah i dunno, i guess you could upgrade / new pc. or just get it on a console which might end up being cheaper. if u wanted to play on pc, you'd prob need to get a new mobo that supports pci-e. then buy new ram and new video card. then i think you will be able to run gta4.

if you get the router i mentioned, that has wired ports too. so put that downstairs, plugged into the cable modem, and put a PCI wireless card in the PC. that way you pay like $30 for a wireless card for PC rather than 100+ for 360 both are linked in my first post on this topic.

hmm i dunno. the p4 is ok, but...6200 isnt exactly great. i'd upgrade your ram too. i hope you have a pci-e graphics, otherwise you'd probably be better off buying a new mobo that has pci-e.

ok the only other problem i could think of, is you dont have administrative rights, therefore dont have write access to anything in C:\program files\ just try download and install something...eg winamp if it doesnt install properly or says you dont have permissions, then there's your problem. i dont think theres a way around it, apart from either increasing your permissions to admin or modding san andreas on an account that has admin privileges.

lol. depending on whether you have the USA or EU version of the game (im guessing you'd have EU) that will determine whether it is ULES or ULUS. the europe savefolder (in F:\PSP\SAVEDATA\) is called ULES00502S92F7 so you need to find that, then unzip the files that you got and put em in that folder. if that folder doesnt exist then you have the USA version...which has the save code ULUS10160S92F1

cant say what precisely is causing it, but its just a bad mod / col file. i think that'd be it, not really any other reason that explains it. if you get a 100% savegame, the hunter will appear in ocean beach, sort of near where you take missions for colonel cortez. it also appears in the army base near the airport all the time even if you dont have 100% (im pretty sure it does) if you have played vice city stories, one spawn location is near where you go to do some missions for lance including "turn on tune in bug out" or whatever its called. the heli is right near there.

well fair enough, but i dont think you can do that. im not entirely sure your ISP would let you use 2 modems at once on one cable connection, i think you would have to pay for another monthly plan or something. getting a router would just be much easier...

im not sure that the 360 control is supported for vice city, considering that 360 wasnt even around when vice city came out that's probably why its a weird configuration etc. i'd be happy it works at all.

if its certain places, i can almost guarantee its because you didnt install the wheel mod correctly. i know cos it happened to me lol, the one thing i didnt check, and my game crashed near the airport all the time. if i were you i'd just use the auto installer, i used the manual because i thought it was partially installed and wanted to make sure, but the auto install works good
