Well, yeah. There's a file called handling.cfg in the data folder that you can edit to make the car with 99999 health but that can bug the game and it's a hassle to edit 30+ cars. Try searching in the TGTAP Downloads Database for a God Mode mod or try Google.

I detected a directory-wise bug. Since the images and avatars directory changed, the avatar on the homepage is corrupted because the style_avatars directory moved to /public. Well, I know it's not about the forums but the image comes from there, no?

GTAIV will not allow you to get on multiplayer with mods. It gives you a warning and disconnects you, but haxxors don't really use haxx, they use trainers that work in MP. The game doesn't detect trainers as I can just go on Free Mode and fire up my trainer. If I get a graphics haxx or anything, I can't go in.
