Hmm, if you want fast game I reccomend these: The processor at least 2.8/3.2Ghz Graphics at 128/256MB Memory at least 1GB Windows I reccomend Vista or XP And you're good...

First, this is on the wrong section since its modding Second, God Mode locks all the cars that you enter. Deactivate it by going to CJ's house.
