No restrictions is prone to cause memory management problems. XMaramena, does your laptop have switchable graphics? GTA IV doesn't like those and always uses the weakest and fucks up the memory.

But there's always the hacking problem and whatnot that caused the closing of the previous server, but with that we could bring back the gangs system and organise events.

The fact you have multiple accounts might just have worsened... let's call it the chance. You'll need to discuss a lot, work a lot, and help the staff a lot by reporting topics, helping people around, participating in topics, etc. until you might get considered, but asking will just drop the level of consideration even more.

Holy crap it's chris82. OT: I'm downloading it for my Android yet its screen is small and I don't really know how the performance will be, it does say it's compatible though. The download speed is painfully slow lol.

VC RAGE is actually being researched, but so was SanAndReAGE or whatever it was called. It was a total conversion of SA to IV; wasn't bad, but was buggy.

I think as you are part of a private game, you can invite other people, hosting the game or not, though I'm not sure of this...

A lot has been done but looking at the trailer I can say it was still in early stages, there are fast motion parts of the trailer (One with the sports car) where you can see missing chunks of map right in front of you.
