No, no, the DLC's were also available for the PC; you could use the Games for Windows Live Marketplace to buy them. And honestly I'm thinking this game will focus more on Los Santos, the city already looks huge and R*'s pushing the limits, I don't think they would put two more cities, maybe risking delays in the game due to problems (Remember IV PS3 not handling the graphics).

Still doing the same stuff, playing GTA but not as much, I feel. I've also been busy with school and exams, and other life things that suck; and noticed this place decrease activity a lot, not that it's not a good community, TGTAP rocks, but things to talk start to be less and less, but now with the GTA V announcement it's going to grow up I guess.

Wow, amazing saying SA looks better. You being a Saints Row fan, I couldn't expect any more, no offense though, it's just because it's a whole different game and you criticize GTA like hell. Rockstar did really pull their hair, they're pushing the consoles to the maximum and the features in this game just sound immense, I can't wait. Though it would be even better if it were the whole of SA.

First of all remove the mods and try the game clean again. The mods are most likely the problem, then install one by one and check which one causes the problem.

That would have to involve modding, and modding the train tracks doesn't always result good, yet there are test files on the game that put the trains flying around the map, maybe it was how SA was supposed to be. So in a nutshell without modding (which isn't easy to mod paths), you can't do it sorry
