The fake guitar isn't even a guitar in the slightest, it's just a guitar shaped piece of plastic with buttons on it.. The reason why people who play Guitar Hero don't just buy a guitar instead, is that Guitar Hero is just pressing a sequence of buttons to beat a level, or something like that, and has no resemblance to a guitar, that's why people like it, as they feel they can play the sickest of tunes..

You would probably have to get the car model from the san andreas file, then replace the model in the vice city file with the san andreas model..I guess it would work easily that way, but since I've never actually attempted at transfering cars, I wouldn't really know..
