Pretty much because they're NPC's who are related to CJ, while the random peds aren't and have a lot less sufficient AI.

TM this is a great find! Looks how naturally how body moves when it impacts the cars from every angle. Just imagine combining this with the blood thread and you'll get blood splattering all over the car as the body hits it. I know it's sick but yeah... I think the shooting physics like the drive by are still a little wobbly though. The way the person just falls to the ground looks much like San Andreas when you pull the trigger on someone with one of the shotguns. Maybe if the person falls, but hits a wall due to the force of the gunshot or smashes into other people that would be more realistic.

Actually, Jace I think it was when our school had a puberty talk where we learn about the other sex's 'features' that the woman said that Males think about sex or anything related every minute of their lives. @ chris82: The problem, which I told GTA Don before was that here in Australia Telstra owns all the phone lines so other ISP's are required to pay Telstra a in order to use their lines. What happens is, Telstra can cut you off at ANY time, and when you complain they say it was a fault. Well what a coincidence it is when it happens to everyone else but themselves. Shifty people But anyway, I took my new connection for a test drive and got these results: Downstream: 276KB/ps Upstream: 26KB/ps Also, here in Australia every ISP has VERY limited download allowance. I (well my mum, in which I am very thankful of) pay a monthly fee of $40 to get 5GB of download allowance. Telstra's cheapest ADSL plan allows 200MB of downloads every month, so it isn't really value for money here when it comes to ISP's...
