Well, if I was intending to buy a PSP and VCS then i'd be somewhat annoyed but as i'm holding out to buy the PS2 version, if there is one then it won't affect me as much. I'm still annoyed for others though. They've done it with every game now I think.

I don't think that it really matters which island we start on. The mainland was always my favourite simply as the missions were a bit more challenging and there were more assets etc.
