No, they should make repairments visible. So when you destroy something, it stays like that for days or weeks, and you can see people working to repair it. It's like having ambulance and fire fighter service from previous GTAs. Only it's more detailed this time.

Lol, this rarely happens, but it seems that fastest isn't always the best. Do you wanna switch PC's? Mine's pretty much like your old one, 3.2Ghz, 1GB RAM, GeForce 6800LE. SA works fine, it even lags sometimes when there are lots of objects on the screen. Plus you have lots of metal music on it (including Manowar) edit I just got an idea, maybe it's related to the dual core CPU. Try disabling the second core if that's possible, that should reduce the CPU speed by a higher amount.

See, no mods except texture ones are allowed in "classical" stunting. Of course, there is also a "modded" stunting, but it's not popular at all. In modded version, everything is allowed. But nobody does this second thing anyway. It just takes all the fun out of it, plus it's not something many stunters would appericate.
