Yeah lately I've been using Chrome since my Firefox is just completely fucked, it won't load and I've tried uninstalling and re-installing a bunch of times. Haha Gerard I was gonna point that out too. I agree with chris82, if mentally ill people were ever given firearms they should be 'examined' by the provider. But yeah even normal people kill/shoot people all the time and sometimes for no reason so I guess it would be more dangerous to give mentally ill people guns...

Someone told me you unlock it after you get 100% but I'm not sure. There's also a cheat for it but other than that I haven't seen it.

Sweet this will be helpful with the less obvious stuff (activities, seagulls, etc.) I'll probably try and get 100% before the end of the month. Although once when I was doing one of Malc's stranger missions I failed the race and killed Malc after LOL.

^Wow that's actually a pretty good idea. I have a manual save like 5 or 6 missions before the last mission. So I guess I'll do the same thing as you did and cause mayhem around the city
