yeah thats common. the weather changes wherever you go. in los santos, its sunny and in san fierro its foggy and in las venturas its hot. i guess theres something for the countryside too. the desert has the purple sky.

well sort of. it could just mean that a gang has a rival gang and the two gangs kill and fight each other. it doesnt spacifically mean a gang war.

maybe like on a mission, an enemy was last seen ontop of a tourist lookout on a skyscraper. so you go up there and chuck'em throwing them through glass would be alot like a movie and kinda stupid. cool. but stupid.

like spaz said silberio, by gangs he means the gang banging. its almost certain that there will be gangs in gta iv. i honestly didnt see much of a problem with the gang banging in san andreas. sure it was annoying to have to defend a territory. but it was pretty fun to do the gang wars. there like shooting missions. and when the games over, you still have some enemies to kill.

this isnt san andreas. its vice city. you cant rotate anything except the bikes maybe.

well i never use that anyway. the dune was pretty good too. why not do it again with ALL the off-roaders.

well you can rotate till you barf if you start a replay. start it with umm f1. and then move the mouse in any direction. and to shoot out of a car (drive-by) look left or right and then fire. same on a bike except you can shoot forward by pressing fire while looking forward. and im guessing this is about pc. if its not then i dont think you can rotate. hope i helped
