So you've replaced Tommy's model (.dff) right? Well just use VC's skin feature to apply the texture to Tommy's model. I don't think it needs any remapping but I've never tried it before, this is just theory... This is just for the base outfit.

IDK about that but GTA SA's graphics were the good kind of low quality. AKA the kind where the textures and geometry aren't very detailed but it also isn't full of shaders, bloom and crap like that. And artistically it's pretty cool, bright colors n stuff.

Can't the IV weapon limit be broken like in SA? I know the vehicle limit can be so I don't see why not.

The reason why they took out planes is cause they are completely useless not useful enough in one city. Too many resources dedicated just so you can base jump and watch your plane splatter against the ground, or the WTC.
